I have no complaints. The only thing I would recommend is supplying more towels and washcloths. For a house that sleeps 20+ it really needs more so you don’t have to laundry everyday.

Our team stayed here and i had my kids as well. It was plenty big enough for everyone and rooms to spare.

The place is beautiful. It’s very large. The amount of rooms and bathrooms accommodated the number of people that stayed. The pool area was a big hit with the children and adults. The area was very close to many foods and stores. The resort area with the lazy river and slides were overcrowded so we didn’t get a chance to go. But overall, a very great experience and definitely will do it again.

The house was perfect for our needs. The games room was a highlight. As well the bedroom upstairs with 3 queen beds was excellent. We loved the view overlooking the lake.

Experience was great. House was as described. The furnishings are great except we found the couch and chairs in the family area uncomfortable but that is personal taste. Pool was excellent with lots of pool furniture! Enjoyed by all 19 of us ages from 6 months to 65.

The house suited our needs as far as space and amenities goes. However, a lot of the furniture was damaged such as the outdoor pool deck chairs, the living room sofa, the banister on the stairs, and the walls had scuff marks on them. Overall, we made it work and enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect! Grocery stores, outlets, restaurants, movie theater, Walmart and Target are all within distance. If we need a house this size again, we definitely wouldn't mind renting this one again as long as the suggested improvements have been made. We informed management of the damages and they sent maintenance out the same day, or within 24 hours of us making the report

Review
This is my families third time staying here and I’ve never had any issues til now. We had two roaches in the kitchen on the first night. Then our closed in screen was torn open so bugs and Lizzards were an issue. Then after going to the grocery store and buying so much food to cook, 5 mins after throwing meat on the grill the propane went out and no one could come out to refil it so they told me to pay for it and they’d reimburse me. so my first two experiences here were amazing but I wasn’t pleased this last time.

Great Place
This place was great! It was super close to everything we wanted to do. It was nice to come back to the house to use the pool and spa after long days.

Check in was easy. You get everything you see in the pictures. Enough space for our family of 19 to be comfortable. We will visit this house again.

Worth it
This property was located close to many stores and shops and it was really easy getting to the Disney and Universal theme parks. However, the house could use some tlc. There were only two pool sticks, one of which was broken and the handles on the foosball table were missing. There were no wash clothes, so bring your own, as well as tissue, we were only given one roll of tissue per bathroom. The railing on the stairs was broken, so if you are staying with small children, it is wise to watch them with the stairs. The blinds to the pool area were missing many of the panels, so there was no way of having complete privacy between the two areas. Overall, the house was very clean and worked out well for my family. There was adequate parking and check out was a breeze!

Amazing property
This is my families second year coming here and we’ve already booked it for next year! Amazing property, beautiful lake view, and the beds are soooooooo comfortable. Highly recommend!

Everything was okay. Except when you rent a house. That says, you have a washer and dryer. The dryer didn’t work. The patio doors were jammed.

Quiet neighborhood
We enjoyed our stay. Kids stayed in the pool the entire week. Home is very spacious and the neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint is the mattresses weren’t comfortable to me, but if you like soft beds you will love them. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, bright, cozy home
we all loved our stay at stanza ct home everything was top notch it was much better then I expected only one thing I want to talk about is the cauch in main living room was broken I made a complaint but they never tried to reach me. I reported the problem right away then never heard anything back from property manager it was very disappointing other then that everything was good I will recommend them to my friends amd family but will make sure they take care of the sofa issue in that property.
