We had a great and relaxing time! Condo was just like pictures and was very clean! Definitely would recommend this place and would stay here again!

A great place and a great fit for our young family. Enjoyed the beach and the the view while escaping a long midwestern winter.

awesome place, clean beautifully decorated. the beach was incredible, even as most of had been washed away from the hurricane last year, it was the widest beach we had ever walked. very private.

The property was fabulous!! Only problem was the tenants who would come down early in the morning and put towels on the lounge chairs and then not come to the pool until late afternoon.

Our family had a wonderful time and this condo. The accommodations were wonderful and was stocked with any kitchen item you could want! The master bed was so comfortable. Very nicely furnished as well. Great access to the beach.

The location!!!! Best spot on the beach! Steps to sand. So pleased with the cleanliness, condo upgrades, ease of booking, checking in and out! It was a lot of bang for the buck! The beach equipment provided was a nice, unexpected addition. Wouldn’t change a thing. Highly recommend!

Loved the condo but not enough bath towels, sheets and other little necessities. Purchased dishwasher pods, laundry pods,tp, napkins, paper towels. We left plenty of this for the next person.

Arrived and the floors were dirty and the washing machine was not working. We called maintenance, they showed up but could not fix it and said they would call back. I had to call again, I was told sorry it won’t be fixed until after checkout. I called one last time to follow up on a solution, no call back. Very bad customer experience!!

We loved our stay at this property. Very clean, easy check-in, lots of beach chairs, towels etc. My only 4 star is that most grocery stores/restaurants are 10-15 mins away BUT that did not bother us AT ALL. We are all about beach time when we travel during the winter and this place provides you a 5 star beach experience!

This property was exactly as pictured and was perfect for my brother (68) and I (64) as we were in town for the Rolex 24. It was very clean and quiet. Only issues were the code to get the key was not correct and so our entry was slightly delayed though their contact handled it quickly and pleasantly. Also the handle on the sliding door broke off in my hand. The weather was awful and as it got colder the door became harder to slide. I think that was what caused the issue ( it was freezing cold the week we were there). Would I stay again? Absolutely!

Ignore the two "lock boxes" outside the building door. They are not relevant to getting into your unit. Go up to your unit and hope your code works to either get into the unit or to get keys. Ours codes did not work and we had an unpleasant delay getting into the unit. Once inside and settled down, the unit itself is a delight.

The provided travel size toiletries were a welcome touch, reminding us of a resort-experience. The property offered easy and secure access to the private beach. This was certainly a selling point in our decision to rent this property. The distance from the condo to the beach made it easy for us to bring the provided beach chairs and umbrella to the beach. The provided beach furniture was a nice addition, given the high cost of beachside rentals. The entire complex felt secure as a result of the controlled access to the condo and beach area. The condo in particular featured a electronic door lock which was easy to use. The ample parking was complimentary. This property also included complimentary Spectrum Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen included a full size refrigerator/freezer and a large countertop. The views throughout the property were outstanding. The master bedroom featured an expansive window overlooking the ocean. After a long day, it was peaceful to watch the waters and gaze upon vessels in the distance! I highly recommend this property to families looking for a modern beachside property!

We did have an issue where the electronic key pad stopped working. I called the number (before 9 pm) that was written on the welcome sign (April) in the condo and didn't get a response, it went straight to voicemail. I called Vacasa and they were luckily able to give us the back up key code next to the door. I texted "April" again to let her know we were in and used the key. I also asked about the TV in the bedroom that didn't work, and didn't get a response. Also texted to see if we could possibly stay another night, but again, no response. I did text the Vacasa number to ask for extra tide pods, and they brought some out on the 2nd day. Strangely enough, I did call and text that number when we got locked out and it was not a working number. It was a bit odd, but we were so happy vascasa answered and helped us. Just would have been nice to get a response from the property managers or anyone that could be on site. I might try to book a place where you can get help immediately from the office or someone on site. Overall, great stay and we had a nice time.

We had an amazing time at the condo. It is beautiful and the location is perfect Only issue was getting the keys and into the actual condo. The instruction are terrible. First they just tell you that you have 2 designated parking spots...but no idea which ones. Then you just get lockbox codes, which neither worked so we were stuck outside. Tried calling the number given to us only to be told that he no longer worked for the company. Luckily he did text us another number...so after 15 mins on the phone we were given another lockbox number and final got our kids. Wasn’t the best start to our trip but overall it was a great getaway.
