洗濯機が付いているので、毎晩洗濯出来て助かった。 Netflix も付いているので、色々楽しめました。

冷蔵庫が食器棚の中に入っていて、冷蔵庫を開ける時に 食器棚と指が接触して軽めに擦り剝いてしまった。 冷蔵庫の開封には注意が必要になる。

We like the room. Comfortable, nice, clean and modern design. It fit with all the amenities that we need.

Quite far from Seoul city, however train station and bus station is walking distance. So, it is easy to get around.

If you adding a more mirror, not only in the bathroom :)

- The staff tried to help with our every request. - it was generally quiet and calm.

- It was never suitable for a family with 2 children. - Cleaning was not enough. It was done every 4 days and superficially. - The door of the toilet could not be locked from the inside, the door was sliding and did not close completely. - Although the door was locked, it could be opened from the outside with a card. - You have to throw your garbage downstairs yourself - The furniture and cupboards in the room were very inadequate.

The hotel is pretty new, and there are many good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Also, not far from the train station.

The shower water is quite small, so it's not very satisfying when showering.

It was clean and easy to use public transportation.

There was no sitting area on the roof top.

Family room spacious. TV channels excellent. Area good for non-tourist shopping. Many MD offices close by.

Very sparsely furnished room. Recycling center noise behind hotel.

it’s far from the attractions in Seoul thats the one issue only.

Lovely large family suite with washing machine and kitchenette. But no basic consumables provided...washing powder would be nice, as would be salt/pepper/oil and a kitchen cloth/towel. Otherwise a fabulous room, comfy bed, spacious bathroom with separate shower. Reception staff very helpful.

Located very close to a subway station, and in a nice area with restaurants and shops. Be aware though that you are in the west of Seoul, subway journey to the centre is quite long.

It was spacious and clean.

It is a rather new property, furnishings were rather new and clean.

There were so many rules about staying in! Cannot use the washing machine after 10pm, room is cleaned only every 4 days (upon request), towels are to be exchanged at reception (no in-house housekeeping available), waste must be separated (and they don’t provide enough bags).. The furnishings are bare minimal, TV couldn’t work when we were there. Walls are quite thin, can hear next door. Early check-in is chargeable - We came at 12.45pm, but they still wanted to charge us for 3 hours (check-in is at 3pm)..? I suppose the staff we encountered on the first day was rather inflexible, but the rest of the staff we met were ok. Do note that it is about 40mins away from the main district area of Seoul. There are some direct buses to Seoul Station, but it takes about 45mins (an hour during peak) to reach. Overall, I highly doubt I’ll stay back there again. I do not think it is deserving of it’s “4-star” status on Google based on its service and hospitality, more like a “3-star” instead. It will be good for those who are okay with a DIY and minimalist attitude.

+ so convenient and clean + all facilities are renovated and new + staff are so helpful

- the only point for improvement is the wireless connection. the router is located behind the tv and it can't cover the whole room.
