Gebucht für eine Nacht vor einem frühen Flug. Zimmer sehr komfortabel. Gute Restaurants. Zentrale Lage. Ich würde gerne wieder kommen.

I would have liked a small refrigerator instead of a minibar and cooler AC setup (set up the lowest temperature but was still too warm).

Empfang und Check-in waren freundlich, fürsorglich und angenehm. Service war ausgezeichnet. Das gilt ebenso für das Frühstück. Die direkte Anbindung zum Terminal 1 ist äußerst komfortabel. Sehr zu empfehlen.

It had been a while since I stayed at a Marriott. The facilities were as wonderful as before, but I had two unpleasant experiences during this two-night stay. I wonder if their customer service quality really has dropped like this. 1. I asked the front desk to add my Bonvoy number to my stay, but they said they couldn’t because I booked via Booking.com. So, I cannot recommend anyone booking Marriott through this (Booking.com) platform. 2. My flight was later on the day of checkout, so after checking out, I asked them to hold my luggage. I went out for lunch and came back to pick it up. Since the airline's baggage drop was still closed, I thought of waiting for a bit in the hotel lobby lounge. My mom and I leaned down on their oversized lobby couch, and although I was tired, we kept softly chatting the entire time. Out of nowhere, an employee came to us and, in a hostile tone, said, "This is not a place to sleep. What are you doing here?" I had to explain myself. At first, I thought he was just doing his job, but honestly, I think it was a very rude approach. That is not a memory I want to keep from my stay.

Queríamos estar sólo 5 horas porque teníamos una espera de 9 horas hasta el vuelo siguiente (day use) en booking no existe esa posibilidad.y nos cobraron el precio completo(215 euros) Después nos enteramos que por 115 euros se puede reservar day use directamente en el hotel

Die Lage im Terminal 1 war für uns ausschlaggebend. Das Hotel ist komfortabel, modern. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr gute und ruhige Lage. Morgens war es auf den anderen Zimmer etwas lauter, aber vom Flughafen war nichts zu hören. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr groß und wir konnten ganz entspannt 2 Koffer komplett aufklappen und uns dennoch gut bewegen.

Es wurde erst auf Nachfrage mit uns deutsch gesprochen und der Zimmerpreis wurde uns durch den 'Nachtlauf' zweimal abgebucht. Der Eingang und das gesamt Hotel waren völlig über duftet und hat uns Kopfschmerzen bereitet.

Experience was terrible Never ever again Despite instructions on the window I was unable to open it Rand reception who advised it was not possible sighting “noise and safety” Absolute garbage I had just arrived from Geneva where I stayed at Hilton airport hotel with fully opening windows, and prior to that steinberger hof Frankfurt likewise A/c was not able to keep room cool, so I had hot, airless, uncomfortable night waking frequently in a full body sweat I was deeply unhappy with the experience And it cost me €400 for the privilege!!! Never again

Check in while efficient was difficult to know what was being asked. When I asked to clarify the person was very short with me. Not straightforward to order room service
