Very easy to find very well located quiet area

It was convenient to the highway and to my daughter’s house. The staff was nice and tried to help with the issues.

The shower never got warm & the water pressure fluctuated from low to medium. Same, even when taking showers at different times of the day. The TV never turned all the way off-it was a light gray, which lit up the room. They told us to unplug it, but then it wouldn’t come back on. They said maintenance would come try to fix it, but they never came. We were needing to watch the weather, because of an upcoming possible ice storm & we were traveling.

Facility was new and clean. Staff was very nice.

Shower could have used more heat and more pressure.

Clean, room has everything we could need. Good breakfast selection. Staff was extremely helpful and professional.

A very comfortable stay, no issues or problems.

It’s a very slight concern, but they didn’t seem to have more than one trolley for taking your luggage up to the room. We were on a long trip, so we had more than just simple luggage—not a big deal. Just had to be patient.
