Beds were uncomfortable, duvet was stiff, sheets were cheap, options for tea/coffee in the room was poor. There was no herbal tea bags or hot chocolate saches, they had a coffee machine which is great if you are a coffee drinker. Breakfast was far from a continental, there was a very limited selection. Luckily hot breakfast was nice but boring after 2 nights as limited choice on that too. Spider webs in room above bed, no bath in bathroom. We ended up stuck in Inverness an extra night and booked a Premier Inn for a third of the cost which was far better in terms of sleep quality.

Isolation phonique médiocre. Parquet au sol très bruyant donc la qualité votre nuit dépend de vos voisins. Salade de fruits frais Pas fraîche du tout ! L'hôtesse de salle ne la même pas retirée quand nous lui avons dit qu'elle était impropre à la consommation.

Tout a été parfait. Nous avons réservé au dernier moment, une demie heure avant d’arriver et tout était prêt, accueil chaleureux, petit déjeuner délicieux, lits confortables, douche fantastique. On a adoré notre séjour

Staff were friendly and helpful, the room itself was so clean and comfy and had everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing and the water for the bath roasting which isn’t always the case for hotels! Lovely decor and plenty space. Lovely hotel with some top tier snacks!

Only downside was the noise. I know it’s above and opposite pubs so expected some noise but it was pretty loud for a couple hours in the evening. thankfully it didn’t last too late but I hoped that they would have noise cancelling measures in place.

The beds were super comfy and it was a big space.

No parking which I understand however unlike other accommodation there was no helpful hints about where to park instead sent ahead of time and even when we arrived, the staff were not helpful in directing us to appropriate parking. Had dinner downstairs in the restaurant but the staff were not attentive. Preferred to all be behind the bar talking to each other.

It is a very short walk to the train station! Room was comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is excellent- food was delicious and great atmosphere!

The only contact with staff was when we picked up the key from the waitress at the restaurant so if there were any problems or special needs there is nobody to assist. Also, this restaurant (and most within walking distance) are short staffed so you have to have a reservation or be prepared to wait til 9pm to eat.

Rooms were clean and comfortable but more like some rooms over a pub than a Hotel atmosphere that we had expected.

No parking and not super easy to stop to unload/ load luggage. There isn’t really a reception area or any other hotel facility other than the pub downstairs.

The property is well appointed with comfortable beds n good shower. Our family room was really nice n cosy n at the same time could accomplish 2 adults and kids comfortably.

The property is small more like a few rooms over a pub. Climbing up the stairs with heavy luggage could be a challenge.
