The beachside location of these basic fan bungalows is fabulous. Its restaurant and beach bar are excellent. Try the massaman chicken curry.

The bathroom had only a concrete floor. Tiles would improve it a lot.

It is literally on the beach (30 seconds walking), there is a bar, a restaurant on the beach with nice Instagram spots and places to sit. The beach is small and really nice for watching sunset and shallow. The bungalow was nice, a comfy bed with a fan, a fridge and free bottled drinking watee. Towels were provided as well as a shower gel and a shampoo. It was simple, but for the money spent AWESOME. Quiet, not many people, great beach and close to 7/11, the main road.

All the bungalows could have been a lot cleaner. I mean that was trash and rubbish in between different bungalows and the full path wasn't swept. And I mean it's been raining for 2 days just before we got there. And yeah the place could do it the real big cleanup but it is low season now.

the location is great, they have private beach for guests. if you just need a bed &air condition and million dollars view then this is the place for you.

for this price , you really can not ask too much .

Good location in the centre of Kai bae located next to the beach.

The room was really small and very basic. Very thin ‘walls’ so you can hear everything outside and the place literally shakes if there is a storm outside. Bathroom white gross - many ants.

We booked 2 nights but extended it to 8 nights. It’s basic old bungalows but had everything we needed. Location is excellent with 30 sec walk to beach and a few minutes to main street with all restaurants.

Millipede kept coming and crawling on us as we slept.. The AC rooms would likely be better as there wasn't gaping holes in the floor and the bathroom windows were screened .. unlike our fan room... Room was also sparse wirh no shelves or hooks for belongings
