Convenient and close
Great townhouse walking distance to beach and town.
Perfect for 2 families.
Facilities were great just like being at your own home.
There is no air-con so very hot if there in the middle of summer.

Great location
The property was comfortable. Upstairs bedrooms were good. Living area/sofa perhaps a bit smaller than expected and a bit tired. Having said that it was clean and comfortable and we didn’t spend a lot of time at home. Thanks

Perfect Stay
We had a beautiful, relaxing stay looking out to tropical gardens so close to the beach. The place had everything we needed and was perfect for our family. The managers were incredibly accommodating and helpful.

Good location to Clarke Beach and Top Shop. Great communication with real estate. We enjoyed our stay, although the unit is looking a little tired and the back area is in need of some love (needs a very good clean).

Lovely Vacation
This home is beautifully presented and super clean. We enjoyed walking to Clarkes beach for a swim every night and found it to be the perfect distance from town - still walkable but far enough out that it felt like a quiet place to retreat and relax :)

Quiet, great location
Had a great family holiday at Ardem. It’s located at the quieter end of town, backing onto reserve so can hear the birds and the beach. Only short walk to the beach and the town. Great location and comfortable facilities for our family of 5. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place!
We enjoyed our stay. Great location, perfect size rooms and kitchen with all necessary requirements for a family holiday. Loved the little door at rear leading to beach and other walking tracks. If you stay here you don't really need a car to get about either.

My family and I had a holiday in Byron Bay in April/May 2016 and stayed at Ardem@Byron and we all had a great time.
It was the best equipped Town House that Ive ever holiday rented and in a great position,it was everything that the pictures on the internet portrayed.
I would not hesitate at booking it again.

Relaxing Property
Ardem is beautifully set out and maintained. It is so relaxing to sit out in the back yard, and there is alot of space for everyone.
The bedrooms are a great size, with spacious wardrobe and bathroom. All guests felt very comfortable.
