Great location .Quickly discovered Clarks beach is a nice distance away from the busy Auckland area ,but still nice drive to get to the Airport ( I visited Butterfly creek )and South Auckland ,which was my purpose being here for my stay .The fish chip shop and restaurant Chin Wags ,was amazing food .both Located a few minute's away .

The location and the kindness of Robyn

The property was right on the water in a very private and serene location. It felt like you were in your own holiday home. There were only two units, so it is very quiet. Robyn, the owner, was most hospitable and a pure Kiwi treasure!

Our stay was too short.

My stay here was wonderful. The view from the property was amazing, it was so peaceful and tranquil too. The property felt really homely and had everything that I could need. Robyn was a great host, really friendly.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

We chose this apartment as it’s just over 40 minutes from the airport and yet it’s set in the river in beautiful surroundings. A great apartment with everything you could need and a good continental breakfast to set you up for the day. We would highly recommend

Beautiful location ..... Well appointed. Comfortable. Extremely clean. The owner Robyn was very easy to correspond with.

Absolute Waterfront was absolutely brilliant. We spent Christmas Day there with our teenagers and my mum and we all had a wonderful, relaxing time. We had everything we needed (even to cook a full Christmas dinner) and appreciated the attention to detail. We loved the interesting books on the shelves. It was great to be able to pick fresh herbs from the garden. Robyn was a fabulous host who made us feel very welcome. We would love to stay there again.

The view was beautiful! Food at the nearby Thai restaurant was excellent. The apartment was very cute; the bathroom was decorated so nicely. The host was really nice and so helpful. It was about a 40 minute drive to the airport (departing at 9:30 am on a week-day.)

Unfortunately due to nature and the tides, the water level is only up at high tide

Wow! The space was very comfortable and clean. And... my favorite part of this property is the waterfront location. There was a ground level deck with a table and chairs, then grass, then the bulkhead for the property, and then the water. The same view was visible from the bedroom and kitchen/living room spaces. Being with the sky and water was a lovely way to spend our last day in New Zealand. And this property was less than an hour from the Auckland Airport even during 'rush hour'. Incidentally, Mana Thai restaurant at 12 Seaway Road in Clarks Beach had lovely, fresh food.

lovely accomodation in a splendid setting. The room had everything in it I needed & more. Breakfast was simple but with choices & more than I could consume.

Arrived on a very windy afternoon which showed up some draughts around the doors opening onto the patio. Wasn't an issue when the wind calmed down a bit. Also the car parking was a bit fiddly because of the very wet weather preventing use of the grassy areas. These minor issues just stop me short of giving a 10.

Not being a b le to stay longer

Everything. Was a beautiful place to stay. Totally recommend as an awesome get away. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Amazing view, and room. Perfect for what we needed. Breakfast items were in our room and everything else we could need was there. Robyn dropped in some toys for my 8 year old to play with and was lovely to deal with.
