Property and staff are amazing. Walking out of the suite to the pool/beach is a plus - we didn't use any elevators all weekend! Local bars and restaurants are great. Host communication A+++ Would return for sure.

Thank you Connie and I enjoyed your beautiful unit but couple suggestions to make it even better: all new bedding, the pillows smell/one key fob doesn’t work ice maker is WEAK/noisy. I changed a light bulb in the bathroom. THANKS FOR LETTING US STAY HERE IT WAS A BLESSING! The staff and pool and ocean/sunrises were AMAZING!

Just put this property in your contacts under beach vacation and pull it up when you want to book. It’s perfect. Beautiful, incredible pools, beach front, and even hot tub spas! Just do it and you won’t be disappointed!

The Ritz Carlton Residences Singer Island is a great property - it has a great beach with chairs and umbrellas, two pools, and a poolside grill serving great food at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I have a few issues with the room. Before I point them out, I just want to reiterate – this is a great property! The kitchen and the room were stocked well beyond my expectations for a short stay rental and kudos to Bill for the generosity. I just don’t think the room’s functionality warrants a 4.9/5.0 rating and I say that as someone who traveled worldwide over 100+ nights/year before retiring. First – the room is essentially IN the lobby. It felt strangely odd every time we entered or exited the room to be opening the door to everyone in the lobby. The second is that the furniture in the room is less than functional. The dresser is woefully inadequate to unpack even one suitcase into, even if the top drawer wasn’t already filled with items. The suitcase rack provided is too small to handle anything but a small top-loading bag (forget a modern hard-sided bi-fold suitcase). The corner table and chairs take up too much space especially considering you will have to leave one if not two suitcases on the floor because of the lack of drawer space. I just wish there had been more space in the closet for guests to use. Lastly, the strobing light on the smoke detector was more intrusive than I have seen anywhere I have stayed. If you are a light sleeper - beware!

First time staying with Bill and certainly not the last. Property looks and feels just like a ritz Carlton hotel. Pool is salt water and private beach is perfect. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the local marinas, manatee lagoon & turtle aquarium. Perfect spot for families and couples. 5 stars!!!!!

Guest Suite 1B photo of bedroom made the bed look like a King Size bed however it is only a queen. I wondered why the owner sent info on how to turn the sofa into a bed. It all makes sense now. We arrived to have no cooling in the dead heat of summer. At 1am the Ritz Charles recommendation of hotel close by turned out to be a wasted trip. Ended up taking the only room available at the Marriott not far away. Long story short, the costs of our stay were approximately stay for two nights while AC was waiting to be repaired, cost us $1,000 more than the owner refunded us. That said, the owner has been more than fair in holding another of his units for us during a Covid delay. I guess it is the good with the bad sometimes.....

The Property is beautiful the views from pool deck are fabulous and all the amenities are top notch!

Great vacation getaway. Pool and beach phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again….in fact I might book again for next year the same week…we had the place to ourselves and staff was exceptional!

My wife and I were in town for a wedding. Due to flight and wedding schedules, we needed flexibility with check-in times and really appreciated the host's responsiveness to our needs. He also very quickly replaced a broken iron and was a pleasure to work with! The apartment itself was small but gorgeous, well equipped and very convenient to the hot tub, pools, restaurant and front parking area. The staff was delightfully friendly and cheerful. Morning coffee and the theater room were a great added touch! 3 MINOR suggestions to go from GREAT to PERFECT would be to add more storage (closet was full and dresser was small - used kitchen cabinets to store clothes), add cushions to outdoor lounges (looked so inviting in photos but they were not comfortable) and replace Queen bed with a King bed. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

Excellent stay, private,quiet,secure and safe. Views were great couldn't ask for anything more but a longer stay would have been nice.

My kids and I had a wonderful stay here at this property. The facilities were top notch and we got plenty of use of the theater room since the weather wasn’t cooperating, but which my kids also loved! Also the property staff are truly incredible and go way above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They helped make special arrangements for my son to get to the beach as he was in a wheelchair, which we truly appreciated.

Location is fantastic, parking is always easy and the amenities are wonderful!!! If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!

everything went great

We have always been told to visit West Palm Beach for some relaxation. Bottom line this was a perfect , relaxing mini vacation that we have ever experienced. Mr. Mattle was a wonderful host and we have decided to make this a yearly event .. A little piece of heaven…

This was a lovely property, top notch amenities and staff. The only drawbacks were that the unit was on the first floor so a lot of traffic and it was right off the lobby so quite a bit of noise.

The property at the risk is amazing! The staff and residents are super friendly! If you are looking for a quiet vacation this is place! Pools are beautiful and access to the beach are steps away!

We loved the property and has an amazing stay. It was even better than described online. It was super convenient to be on the first floor as we could quickly get to the gym, pools, and other amenities. The location was great too with walking distance to bars and restaurants. The owner is super organized and check-in was a breeze. We are looking forward to returning!

My wife and I went away for a few days together. The property matches what you'd expect from a Ritz Carlton Residence. 1st floor room makes access in/out of the patio and pool area nice.

What a great spot. Accommodations are exactly as described - clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A nice surprise for us was the ability to start each day with a cup of coffee and a spectacular sunrise. All this just a few steps from the unit. Truly special…. Looking forward to returning!!!

Leading up to our stay, Bill was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and all of our necessary check-in information. The employees on-property were very welcoming. The pools, location on the beach and room were beautiful. We look forward to future stays!

The entire process from booking, checking in, the stay itself, and departure was exceptional. The unit was very nice for my wife and I and exactly as represented. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and the property from pools to beach to restaurant to gym was outstanding and exactly what you expect from a Ritz property. We'll definitely stay again.
