The view from the patio is really beautiful. The king bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are nice. House was clean.

This is a nice two bedroom property in a quiet gated neighborhood. It was very clean, the king bed was
comfortable, and the kitchen was adequate. Behind the property is a wonderful open space area that is great for hiking and mountain or gravel biking. Broken Tree and Quarry Pines golf courses are 5-10 minutes away. The views of the Catalina Mountains at sunset are amazing.

Tea Time starts with a comfortable setting with everything you need to feel at home, and finishes with a world-class view of the Catalina Mountains. So much to do nearby, and Pima County trails/Maeveen Behan walking trail right behind the property. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay for a winter in Tucson!

The property had a beautiful backyard view of mountains and was not located too far from the sights to see in Tucson. The host was easy to communicate with if necessary and the property was clean and comfortable.

This was a very nice and tidy house with a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately we mainly used the house as a place to sleep as we were visiting relatives and we were out and about quite a bit. Good sized master bedroom/bathroom with a comfy bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a Great time at Ken's rental property! The home was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable with a memory foam topper, the kitchen had updated appliances and everything we needed. The home is very close to the shopping malls, stores and restaurants. The view of the mountains from the patio are stunning. Every day we would walk out the backyard gate and into the sanctuary. We would see all kinds of flowers, cactus, birds, hawks, rabbits and even a coyote walking on the golf course. There were all kinds of ducks in the pond. We will definitely come back again!!

This is our second stay. Enjoyed the view and access from the backyard to the Maeveen Behan Desert Sanctuary...could occasionally hear coyotes in the distance at night. Quiet neighborhood. Clean. Beds comfortable. Traeger grill a plus. Enjoyed using the Community Center's Pickleball court and hot tub. Five minute drive to Crooked Tree golf course.

We had a wonderful stay at Tea Time. The home was clean and comfortable with fantastic views. Everything we needed was provided. We were in the city without feeling like we were. The communication with the owners was quick and responsive. Highly recommend.

The house is in a great location close to restaurants, golf, biking trails, shopping, and hiking. The house was well furnished and met our expectations. The garage has one half used by the owner. The other half has the garbage container storage and is a bit too small for our SUV with a bicycle rack. That wasn't a problem to us as the garage had sufficient room to store our bicycles and golf clubs. The back yard view is spectacular. We hiked in the desert preserve right out the gate of the back yard. Our applicable conversations with the owner and manager were great. It took us a bit to understand and navigate the fire stick app to the TV. We enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back again.

A nice property. Enjoyed our time there. Very quiet community with nice view from the backyard patio. We had a small issue with the garage door opener, but the property manager was there in 5 minutes to resolve the problem. Really appreciated the quick response.

Everything was clean and this was a perfect location for us for our golf weekend. Beds were comfortable and there is everything we needed in the kitchen. The patio seated 4 people which was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard backs up to the desert so there is no neighbors behind the property.

Best home we've stayed in
The home is immaculate and cozy. Everything you would need ! From fully equipped kitchen to pool towels. The home is impeccably maintained. Which made our trip to see our BIL who is quite ill. If you need anything Renee or Ken are a text/phone call away. Any issues are taken care of immediately! Which there was one very minor minor issue and it was attended to immediately and all was perfect.
The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Pool area is beautiful and refreshing since it was 108 degrees when we were just there. :) Thank you Ken for the use of your beautiful home! And thank you Renee for the cleanest home I've ever stayed in. Makes hotels look......welll...mediocre!!! Looking forward to staying again in the fall when we come back to visit family! If I could give 5 ++++ stars I would!

We enjoyed our time in this nice secluded neighborhood. The house was nicely appointed. Our visit was a little early in the season to truly enjoy the community pool, since it is not heated. We would rent again.

Tea Time for 2 golfers
A locked gate delayed our finding the house, but only a small delay. The house was absolutely perfect for us. We appreciate Ken allowing us to borrow his residence for our long awaited vacation. The pool we were promised as part of the rental was closed during our entire stay. Not the owner’s fault as the maintenance job was done on very short notice. It was an inconvenience but not anything to ruin our stay. Ken and his manager were helpful and caring. We would recommend anyone else to rent this property.

Tucson Gem
Like the description of the property says - a STUNNING location - quiet and safe - this place was a gem.
The home is cozy and comfortable, stocked with all that one can ask for. The view is exceptional - a slice of oasis. We had dinner on the outside patio. The property abuts a park with hiking trails!
Ken was communicative and helpful. He provided tips about the area - for example suggesting a drive up Mt. Lemmon!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return!

Surprised by natural beauty.
The home was a wonderful “base camp” for visiting friends and experiencing some of the best of southern Arizona. The only problem was we were too busy to fully enjoy the incredible view from the back patio. Desert and Mountains without obstruction are a delight.

Quiet and Comfortable
The property had everything I needed to have a enjoyable stay, including a lovely scenic view and nearby walking trails. The house is comfortable and clean. The kitchen was appropriately supplied with all the necessary things needed for common cooking. The property is in a quiet gated community with convenient local shopping. It is situated outside of the city, however, downtown Tucson is only a 20-ish minute drive and I experienced no issues traveling to and from the city each day. I definitely hope to stay here again!

Loved the hiking out back
This house is north…so we didn’t experience a lot in the city of Tucson. But we were very happy with the house and the view out back. The neighborhood is quiet…lots of speed bumps to get to the house…but I’d stay here again. Very comfortable and Ken was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation and this location fit that. The neighborhood itself, while densely populated, was extremely quiet. We appreciated being backed up to open space. We also enjoyed the outdoor patio area. We knew this and were okay with it, but there aren’t any restaurants/shops within walking distance. Everything required a drive.

Fantastic base for exploring the area
Roomy, clean, and comfortable condo with a gorgeous view of the Catalinas from the backyard. Located in a quiet gated community about 2 miles from I-10. Although we didn't cook much while we were there, the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. The owner is friendly and responsive to questions. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Tucson.

Wonderful escape from reality!
This place is so beautiful! Sat on the back patio for breakfast, watching the sun break thru clouds that were spilling rain on the mountain tops. Went out front way to go for morning walk and saw the most spectacular rainbow. Well equipped with everything you need. Beautiful and very clean! I didnt get to use the club house facilities because it was closed both times I went (over Thanksgiving weekend), so I can't rate that. But the house was great! Needed this peace and serenity!

Football game weekend
Stayed for a long weekend to attend U of A and UW Husky football game. It was close to downtown, but not walking distance, about a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and relatively new. This house is bordered on the back side with a network of walking trails, that were great to use. It is a two bedroom house that feels more like an apartment, pretty small but great for what we needed. The bed in the master is very comfortable with nice bedding. The bathrooms are a nice size and have nice showers. Kitchen is pretty well stocked but does not have any spices for cooking so make sure you bring your own. The owner and property manager were very responsive to communications regarding questions. My only suggestion is that the owner supply an iron and ironing board. I had to have my son bring his over from his house. Other than that, I would definitely stay again and probably will.

Good Property
This is a modern and comfortable home in a desirable location. The home is in a dense, gated neighborhood but it's very quiet and has a spectacular mountain/desert view. The home has 2 bedrooms and the layout lends itself to privacy with bedrooms and baths on opposite sides of the home. Very well equipped with anything you might need. Check in was a breeze and the owner checked on us and made suggestions about things to do nearby. There are tons of amenities nearby. Would recommend.

Very Quiet and Gorgeous Place to Vacation
My sister and I spent a week in Tucson. This rental was perfect to stay in. It is close to everything, Tucson Botanical Gardens, Arizona Sonora Desert Museum and more! Good places to eat near by,... Baja Cafe is the best, great service and food! This property has the desert you can look out onto from the backyard. As I was looking out there I saw a roadrunner and a wild coyote. As a nature lover, this was a real treat. I found this property tidy and very secure! I highly recommend a vacation stay here.
