This place is located very well for UT games or even trips to Dollywood. Very clean nice home. We loved all the UT memorabilia. The only thing I would change would be to add a TV in at least 1 of the bedrooms but other than that it was perfect!

A little dated but but everything you need for a quick stay

The rental was very clean and very spacious. It had everything you could need and more. The area is nice, it definitely has a small town feel to it. Seymour is an area I’ll be visiting at least once a year since my nephew moved to TN, especially to make sure my mom sees her grandson. The only thing stopping me from giving this place a 5 star rating is the 6 person limit including day guests, I’ve never stayed somewhere that had that rule. This would be my 100% go to place to stay in Seymour every trip up there but if I go with my mom and 4 other family members to visit my nephew I can’t have him visit at the home, he won’t be able to come over even for a meal. I know for some that may not be a problem, but I am one of 6 kids so if any of my siblings come with their spouse and kids I can’t stay here. Hopefully with time they’ll change the rule so that at least there can be more then 6 during the day.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Juju’s home is cozy and inviting to guests of all ages. Very clean and spacious. We are going back in April. You will not be disappointed.

The house was exactly what we needed for a visit with some family and friends in the area. JuJu was a very kind and gracious hostess!! We all left refreshed and renewed and thankful for a great home to share life! Thank you!!

Great quiet location and wonderful owner :-)

Very comfortable and roomy house. Great back porch with a nice view. It was well furnished and stocked with necessary items which made it fill like home.

Me and my family had a great time on this vacation and loved the house.

We had originally planned to go to JuJu’s house in March of 2020, but had to reschedule last minute due to Covid. JuJu was amazing at the time and was great to communicate with this time as well. We were very excited to get this vacation back on schedule and hike through the Smoky Mountains. We were pleasantly surprised by all the convenience items in the house. The beds were easy to fall asleep in and the screen room was built to create memories.

JuJu's house was warm and inviting for our group of family and friends. Easily accessible and not to far from the main attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but far enough away from all the touristy gimicks and traffic. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again should we ever need to.

Our stay at Juju’s house was wonderful! We didn’t use the house as much as I had hoped because we were out and about a lot but it was a really lovely place to stay! The kitchen was well stocked and the entire house was very clean. The screened back patio was awesome and we absolutely loved hanging out back there. The master bed was really firm (and super uncomfortable, in my opinion). My partner didn’t have trouble sleeping on it but I did and moved to another room. We were lucky to have an extra room but had my sister-in-law been able to join us as planned, I would have been stuck sleeping (not sleeping, actually) on the uncomfortable bed. That’s really the only negative I had regarding our stay. I enjoyed reading the owners’ story about how they built the house and raised their family in it. It made the stay a little extra special. There were also personal touches (handmade decor) that brought this story to life a little bit. I felt honored to know the house’s story! The neighborhood was also wonderful and I was able to go on some morning runs while feeling safe and enjoying beautiful views. All-in-all, this was a great stay for us and we definitely recommend staying at Juju’s house! Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend!

The only thing was the mattress in the first bedroom was very hard so my wife and I had to sleep in the living room. Other than that the house was great very clean and plenty of room

When we read the booking nothing was listed about not having access to the garage didn't going that out until almost time for our vacation so that was very disappointing. Also when it says coin laundry our thought WASN'T laundromat, it was we just had to pay to use it at the property. Well we couldn't use the washer and dryer super disappointing and annoying especially since we didn't have enough towels and had to go to the laundromat and it rained on us so a dryer would of been very helpful.

The house was welcoming, comfortable, and inviting. Everything was updated, clean and our favorite place was the beautiful and spacious screened in back porch where we could relax, talk and just enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains in the distance.
