I like nothing in this facility bad area very unsafe and very firty

They gave me the room 410 who are under construction and very stinky i couldn't even breath its looks good in the picture but its horrible in reality, no elevator,very remote area, and i hate to think that no reception at night i book for 3 nights and i stay only for 4 hours, i cant take the bad smell in the room they have to refunds policy.very poor area, and service.

i only like the place because its very accessible when it comes to transportation

the area is very noisy , because of all the fire trucks, jeepneys, police cars you can here everything from outside and there is no elevator i wont recommend it to old people and for those who has a problem breathing

The room was very clean. I was glad that there were 2 cups to be used if you want to drink coffee. Place was very accessible. Very comfortable room

Don't even have an elevator I have babynto carried we went upstairs and when we reach at the 5ty floor ,room was not yet cleaned!Still messy some of the emptied bottle scattered their, there is no yet phone to call at the lobby,no staff or room boy to be called. We have no choice but to came down to stairs again. Air-con not yet open I booked our stay at 12 pm we arrived at 2pm. One thing,no slippers provide each room yet the Price was too expensive!

Nothing. The staff is says "you're more dirty than filipino", the staff is really bad and rude behavior and talk to the guest like they're nothing. they only support filipino more than foreigners. the staff are really racist and rude. racist and rude filipino.

It was clean

Shower didn’t work… TV had only one channel… when we checked in, door didn’t work and we had to wait for door to be fixed…

This room has split system, not window aircon! It's good.

I booked this room because I thought it was Zen rooms. But there was nothing from Zen rooms! No red pillows, no red pouch, nothing! Empty white room! Very noisy place- the big road in front of the hotel! And the tap was licking and every time I washed my hands all my clothes were wet! My taxi driver can't find this hotel an hour- dark dirty signboard outside. Very bad hotel, I don't recommend it!
