Das Haus war super sauber und gemütlich. Es war schon alles vorhanden, wie Handtücher, Fön, Zahnbürsten. Auch im Kühlschrank waren kühle Getränke vorhanden. Sauna ist leicht zu bedienen und funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Weg bis zum nahegelegenen Bahnhof entspricht 15min Fußweg und dann ist man auch in Amsterdam. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in etwa 10min Fußweg erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Wochenendurlaub.
Internet und Smart TV ist vorhanden, Smart TV lässt sich leider nicht mit dem Internet verbinden,so konnten wir Abends nicht auf den Fernseher zugreifen.

Clear instructions for getting in. Kitchen was very well equipped with excellent appliances, a refrigerator, and a freezer. Washer was a bonus. Kitchen basics and soaps for kitchen and bath were provided, the only one missing was laundry soap. The bed was comfortable. Sauna was FANTASTIC, and having an outside space was a luxury. Location was very good, only about 10 minutes' walk from tram stop and nearby to multiple park areas. Supermarkets were also about 10 minutes away. There were a few restaurants in the area, but not a huge selection. There is a separate desk area, and Internet speed was great, fast enough for a video call.
There isn't great ventilation or AC, so in the evenings we left the patio door open for a while but attracted many mosquitoes into the house.

everything! clean, modern, comfortable. absolutely everything we needed. a short tram ride or walk (we are 20) to the centre.

Perfect. Check-in/check-out was smooth. The stay was very comfortable. Sauna usage information was displayed and was easy to follow. Upon request - the host also provided a baby cot. The house was very neat and clean. The skylight in the room was unexpected - but beautiful. Overall, a great experience.

It was dirty, strange footprints on the carpet, on the blanket.
The toilet was dirty. There was someone's poop floating there. Disgusting.
Mugs, forks, spoons, knives are dirty, in someone's fingerprints.
The apartment was inhabited by domestic woodlice.

We visit this beautiful city every year and we would love to return to this studio. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, very close to shops and public transport, gastronomy within easy reach. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need here. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Additional advantages are a great sauna and the possibility of a paid use of drinks and snacks. I sincerely recommend!

The flat is beautiful and has basically everything you want for a short relaxed stay in the outer bounds of Amsterdam.

The accomodation was more than we expected. We got there using the tram and a bus from the airport. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. A lot of green zones with trees and grass. Lots of groceries stores nearby. The room itself is pretty big. Is an open space with a kitchen, a bed and a sofa for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. They also have some stuff in the fridge (wine, sodas etc.) that you can drink for a fee. The bathroom is really clean and everything works. The sauna is a bit tricky to use, but if you read the instructions carefully it works really good. The room also has a skylight that you can cover if you want, but it's awesome to have the light coming down on the bed.
All in all, a perfect experience for us (3 people).

Exceptionally good equipment, from kitchenware, to bathroom necessities, as well as food and drinks provided (for additional pay) and - of course the sauna!
Quiet neighbourhood with a direct connection to the city centre (30 minutes).
Only the coffee machine was either broken or we did not manage to make it work.

The house suits well for us and our 2 kids. The house is also close to the bus station and a few minutes walk to the tram. I am happy to recommend the house.
