This home is exactly as advertised and then some! The neighborhood is lovely and convenient to so many great spots, as well as public transportation. The house is STOCKED with pretty much anything you could ever need, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wanted for nothing. And everything was clean and in wonderful shape. Great pots and pans, excellent options for coffee, and the like. But on top of it all (wonderful bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms) was the outdoor space on the top floor. The private deck was where we wanted to be most of all. It is quiet and gorgeous and spacious for a group of 8 or even more. If you are looking to stay in Lakeview, this WILL NOT disappoint!

This place was amazing!!! Such a big beautiful home. Great host!The kitchen and all the appliances were incredible. Perfect for a big family to gather and hangout! We had 6 adults and two kids under two. They had everything you need for kiddos! It was also stocked with all the cooking supplies you need. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again in a heartbeat!

What a great spot, especially if you are going to Wrigley. Terrific location, the home is literally perfect and the host was great. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and will.

This was hands-down, the nicest VRBO we've rented. They pretty much thought of everything from all the toiletries and kitchen items you would need to chargers. The home is in a beautiful area, immaculate, and had everything! We were in town for my daughters wedding weekend. My only regret is that we were gone so much and didn't have enough time in the beautiful space of this Vrbo home!

This home is lovely. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The home was well stocked with necessities as well as many extras. The property is luxurious and beautifully designed with several areas to relax and enjoy. It's surrounding neighborhood and is quiet and safe, with many restaurants, bars and shopping just a short walk away. We look forward to having another opportunity to visit.

This home was by far the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Spending Christmas in Chicago with our adult children in such lovely surroundings made the trip beyond our wildest expectations. The thoughtful touches, the design, functionality, beauty and location were all top notch. We couldn’t ask for anything more. The owners have done everything to make this home enjoyable for all. And Tommy was so accessible and friendly to work with. He went out of his way as well to make us comfortable. Truly, a memorable stay was had by all. I feel so thankful that our family spent Christmas and made memories here. Can’t wait to come back.

This is a beautiful spacious extremely well stocked and outfitted home. Tons of space and very comfortable. Two blocks from shopping cafes and restaurants. Quiet in the evenings. We really loved our stay there and would highly recommend.

My group was blown away by the location, amenities and rooftop patio of this property. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms comfortable, and the neighborhood is tremendous. 5 minute walk to Wrigley and 5 minutes to great restaurants. Strong recommend for visitors of Cubs games.

Neighborhood was an unexpected surprise with safe walking streets and lively restaurants nearby on Southport and great nightlife on Clark next to Wrigley Field

Tommy (property manager) is very responsive and friendly. He provided us with a great check in experience. I actually liked the fact that he showed us the property around at check in. He provided us flexibility with check out time by few minutes - very kind of him. The property is beautiful and at an excellent location. The software and hardware at the property is superb and smart. My guests loved it there and I am so happy to have found this property to share with my friends and families. Excellent experience - better than hotel for sure.

We stayed here for our son’s wedding which was a block away. The house is spectacular and has every available high end option. Just back your bags, show up and enjoy. Lots of restaurants less than 5 minutes and you can walk to Wrigley. Great for family gatherings . Would stay here again for sure.

We chose this home for its location, size and amenities. We were celebrating our 25th annual girls reunion. This home has everythkng…top of the line sheets, towels, pillows and a goirmet kitchen stocked with everything you could ever want and then some….it is comfortable and inviting in every way and walkable to all things Chicago… we spent every morning and evening up on the fabulous rooftop! Would love to stay here again!!

Had a wonderful stay three adult couples stayed for 4 nights and two families visited for family Thanksgiving meal and a pizza night - it was perfect! Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals (spices, oils, etc)! Great location safe and easy walking to bars, restaurants, shops. Hope to be back again!!

The house was just as beautiful in person as it looks in the pictures. We had a family get together with 4 couples staying in the house - my husband and me plus my sister and two nieces and their husbands. The beds were comfortable and there was space and privacy with four bedrooms and four baths. The neighborhood was great with restaurants and shops nearby, but the streets around the house are very quiet. We heard no street noise at night. The kitchen is dream for entertaining. We spent all our time in the kitchen/family room. However, I’d love to come back during baseball season and watch a Cubs game on the third floor deck with Wrigley Field in sight two blocks away. By the way, you can walk to the elevated train and go straight to Midway. Good to know if you want to save time and money versus a cab or Uber. Overall, this property is a gem. So glad I found it on VRBO.

This grey stone home in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood is beyond fantastic. Everything promised is over delivered. Every image is true or an under estimate of the beauty of this home. Everything you could imagine or ask for is provided! Our family of 7 (celebrating our wedding anniversary with our adult children) had such a wonderful experience. In fact, we cancelled a few of our planned activities so we could spend more time “hanging out” at the house. The most impressive element is the 3rd floor rooftop deck with a wood burning fireplace and outdoor TV! We spent every AM coffee time and late night drinks by the fire up there. I could go on and on about so many features but just take my word - fabulous! Also the check in and check out process was as smooth as could be. Tommy the property manager was so friendly and accessible. Thank you to owners and manager - we surely will be back

I have stayed in VRBO's before and have never left a review. Our stay here is deserving of a review. If you are on the fence about this place I would encourage you to pull the trigger. It is absolutely a fantastic property. The listing on VRBO does not do it justice. The house is beautiful, it is very spacious and the owners have thought of everything. The kitchen is perfect...it is a great gathering place for all. The deck on the third floor was awesome and we enjoyed our time with family & friends out there. If you are needing a home away from home this is the place. We look forward to our next stay here.

Our family enjoyed 4 fabulous nights and the home is truly a comfortable and beautiful oasis! The home has all the bells and whistles in addition to a lovely rooftop deck and a spacious kitchen! I how we have the opportunity to stay at this home again!

There were 8 adults, 1 teen and 1 infant, all coming together to celebrate the upcoming wedding of our beautiful bride-to-be! We felt pampered staying in such a luxurious home and so close to Wrigley field, nice restaurants and so many fun activities! It was beautifully decorated, spacious and we had plenty of space for our party of 9 plus one infant. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were more than adequate for our party and the gathering spaces in the family room and outside on the upper deck afforded us great areas for our bride-to-be to open presents, enjoy a mimosa and play a few games about the bride and groom. Tommy was wonderful and even put himself in a position of not being able to get to the post office so that he could stay to greet us and show us around rather than make us wait until he was free. We truly appreciated his sacrifice so that our schedule of activities could remain on track! I would highly recommend this home for a gathering of adults that want to enjoy the beauties of Chicago but also return home to stay in a very beautiful and extremely comfortable home. Thank you Tommy for making this place available to us - it was a real treat!

From the minute I saw this listing, I knew I had to have it! Located a few blocks from Wrigley Field and Northalstead, Ann Sather (best cinnamon rolls EVER) and all methods of public transportation, the location can't be beat. We kept the listing a secret from our adult kids and their partners until they walked in the door and they were blown away! This is the first time I can say that the pictures on the VRBO website are 100% accurate. In fact, the unit is even more impressive close up. Neat Freaks either own or manage this place. I had so much fun opening up every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen. They didn't miss a beat! Check out the coffee pod drawer for starters! The beds are firm and have great bedding. A/C is top notch, which is essential during Chicago summers. TV's and audio system with speakers throughout the house are also excellent. No expense was spared on this rental. Treat yourself to the best of the best!

Home is perfect only complaint is taxes and fees but that’s not the owners fault. Could only be better if Illinois miraculously lowered its sales tax. I wouldn’t hold your breath. Great house for Cubs games!

Everything about this place from the pictures to the tour, is AMAZING! The pictures does no Justice! I literally felt so peaceful and relaxed my entire weekend, as well as my guests. Tommy was so nice and inviting! Whatever you’re thinking, don’t think, just book!

We stayed in this amazing property over the Christmas holiday with my parents and family. It was absolutely gorgeous and ideal! We loved the location, the layout, the fireplaces and the amenities. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the multiple baths exceeded our needs and expectations. It was a delightful stay and we would highly recommend this property! The home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos! It was the perfect place for a group. They had everything you could have needed for your stay and the extra touches were incredible. The fireplace roofdeck (and entire 3rd floor) were an entertainers dream and the kitchen was a chef's dream. Tommy was great and very accommodating with check-in and check-out. I would 100% stay here again.
