Fantastic location. Easy access to Wrigley Field and amenities in area. Facilities and room were super clean.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past. This time was very different and not impressed, especially with the higher rate. No employee interaction except to get my key. Apparently now check in and check out done via texting, which is not okay. Considering the rates being charged, should have staff available to customers, in person.

The location to Wrigley field was excellent! The dead bolt on room 303 wouldn’t lock so that was a little unnerving!!

Having a hotel so close to Wrigley Field definitely made our experience so much better. The hotel was amazing and so was Pearl Jam!!!

Smooth checkin, and so close to Wrigley!

Although having to use the key box and being sent a code SOUNDS easier, the key box didn’t work. The code they sent use did not work. It was 95 degree outside and we were standing there for 30 minutes with all of our bags waiting for someone (after given attitude over the phone.) Once we got into our room the sink in the bathroom did not drain and my boyfriend had to unclog it. Nasty. There was no hand soap. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Finger prints on the mirrors. Nice location but service and cleanliness need ALOT ALOT ALOT of work. This hotel has ALOT of potential though.

There were handprints on the wall that were disturbing. The room appeared clean but that made me question it.

The property overall wasn't bad but my need was wet so I ended up sleeping on the floor.

This place is a joke! Arrived at 12:22 am due to delay. I was told that they don’t let people check in past 12:30am. After 45 min of trying to get ahold of someone we finally got in. Then as you’re checking in I had to give my credit card info again & was charged $50 a night for nothing. Room was 80° and took hours to cool down. Beds weren’t made. Card key stopped working halfway through the trip. Nobody actually works on site so there’s really nothing that you can do. Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t waste your money!

I hated there was no parking

The hotel is nice but the front desk assistant was terrible, they were never there and they never answer the phone.

Horrible experience Went there just because it’s so close to the ball park. Made reservations in March for August to find out because of Lalapalooza being in town they gave my room away sent me to another location supposedly 10 mins away. Actually 25 mins away!!!! No help in the bill for inconvenience and had to pay an addtl 45 to park my car!!! Will never go there again so upsetting especially since I planned for our anniversary

Horrible service, unclean room, dirty bed, mosquitos etc

Our family spent three nights at Wrigleyville to tour the city and go to a Cubs game. It's a great place for a night if you're going to a Cubs game--less than two blocks away and in walking distance to several bars and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and orderly, although they did not have a refrigerator or microwave. The building's decor is fitting for a baseball game. The major drawback is that there is no parking, and we had to use the Wrigley Field Parking garage for our two vehicles. In three nights the parking cost us an extra $500.

Bizarre experience in that the front doors of the hotel are locked and there is nobody to let you in. I did the online pre check in and arrived at the time I entered, but had no way to enter the property. I knew it was before the hotels standard check in but thought at least there would have been a way to enter the lobby and leave bags. We called the number online several times and got no answer. Texted a number we found and eventually got an answer. A cleaning person arrived and let us in. We sat in the lobby perplexed with no staff around to answer questions. Eventually got another text saying my room is ready. But had to wait for someone to bring a key. The same cleaning person showed up with the key. We let another guest in the doors who was just as perplexed. A staff person did arrive at 115 and was helpful. The lobby is clean and modern, very cool vibe. The room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Hotel felt secure and safe. So other than the bizarre lack of a human being on physically present, it was a nice space. Great location a short walk from the stadium and in the middle of lots of great dining and bars. Would recommend the place itself, but be prepared for a very virtual experience.

Our room had one small window that looked at a brick wall. The safe did not work. There were no extra blankets for the pull out couch. The check in person seemed like he either hated his job or just didn’t want to be there. This is a lot of negatives after paying over $500/night. Plus had to pay $128 to park in a garage down the street- no parking available @ hotel.

BEWARE HIDDEN FEES!! This place would be a fine stay except they charge so much money for “resort & property” fees that provide NO value. None.

Went to check into our room and they told me they over booked the hotel and that I could no longer stay there

No service, no answer to my questions, no housecleaning (or you have to pay an extra) and no lounge at roof top as the say. This is a scam!

We reserved a queen suite and got put in a bunk bed room. When I asked he said they were over booked and that’s what he had. There was also a game at Wrigley and the garage parking for their hotel was full until almost 2 am so we couldn’t even check in until very late! The kid who was helping me was rude and offered NO ACCOUNTABILITY or ACCOMMODATION.

Beautiful hotel close to Wrigley Field and many restaurants and Halstead area. I highly recommend this place and make sure to visit the roof top at night during your stay.

This place is a bit of a rip-off. For what the prices and hidden fees are, they should at least have people working at this hotel. Stood around for 20 minutes waiting to check in. Would’ve been standing in the sun for the entire 20 if another guest hadn’t let us in earlier. Beware for them to charge you an additional $50/day resort fee plus another $50 reservation fee in addition to your room fee. The resort fee is for six free beverages, which we never even got on our first day, and when I texted the remote concierge, they replied “let’s see what happens,” which, I don’t even know what that’s supposed to mean in that context. And that was all I heard of it. Was going on a multi-city trip and this was the most expensive hotel by far and it had non-existent service. Beware you’re essentially extra paying for a fancy airbnb in the shell of a hotel with no staff.

my room reservation was made months ago, when I arrived my room was downgraded. The Staff was rude, and not helpful

It was perfect for a clean money saving option. No parking!

The location is in Wriggleyville so on game day is fun but noisy but great location where we walked everywhere and close to CTA bus stop.
