The condo was extremely comfortable, with a great décor and location. Owner was very nice throughout the whole process.

The location was perfect for us. The beach wasn't too crowded, and we were able to sit right on the water's edge every day. The whole condo was nice, but the view of the beach from the master bedroom was my favorite part. Parking was easy and convenient. There was always a spot available. This was the first time I had stayed anywhere that had storage in the garage with beach stuff included. That was so nice! Great experience! Would book again!

We booked this vacation as a fun getaway to celebrate my retirement. The room was very nice with spectacular views, and a great time was had by all.

The only bad part about our stay, was having to leave at checkout time. We didn’t want to leave! Everything there was so luxurious and clean! We had everything we could possibly need, and the fully stocked storage closet for perfect beach comfort was icing on the cake. A hated having to leave, but i look forward to returning next year!

What a beautiful place to celebrate my mother kicking stage four ovarian cancer in the bootie!! WHOO HOO! We absolutely loved the condo. It is so clean and beautifully furnished and the views are wonderful. They have everything you need in the condo and it is very comfortable. We also liked having the storage room in the parking garage to store our beach gear. Lisa and Mike were a pleasure to do business with. We are already making plans to return! This property was absolutely amazing! Even better in person! It was one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. Everything was so well maintained and decorated so well! Lisa and Mike were very prompt with messages. This beach was less busy and that made it all perfect! We hope to stay here again!

My family has stayed at this condo two times and one of the property owners others a different time. Both are very beautiful and definitely cleaner than any other place we’ve stayed. The views from the master full length window and balcony are wonderful. The condo is closer to the beach than the surrounding ones. We will definitely be staying again!

This condo is BEAUTIFUL. It is very spacious and fully equipped for a home away from home while on vacation. The views are breathtaking! The complex is centrally located. The host was very kind, personable and welcoming.

Lisa and Mike are wonderful owners and their properties in the Broadmoor are stunning. This is our second season staying in one of their beautiful units and we have booked out for the following two seasons as well. Most of the work that needed to be done to the building after hurricane Sally has been completed which will only adds to the comfort and beauty of staying at the Broadmoor in the future. We are already looking forward to returning next winter! Thank you Lisa & Mike for being such attentive, kind and responsible owners. You are exceptional.

My husband and I both loved staying at this condo. It was very clean, beautifully decorated and had great views from the balcony and master bedroom. We did not use the kitchen for preparing any meals, but looked like it was well stocked with everything you might need. The communication was great with Lisa and we did not have any Maintenace issues during our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach 404 is a true gem. I was wowed by the photos and was pleased that it was just as described. The artwork alone is a reason to choose this unit. It’s tastefully decorated with well appointed art, gorgeous furnishings, quality linens and great amenities. My husband especially loved the in-unit icemaker. Gotta keep the beer cold! The view was spectacular and it truly is steps to the beach. We loved having use of a storage unit filled with beach supplies. That would be perfect for those with littles. We would have loved that when our kids were little. There’s even a beach cart! We didn’t utilize the supplies but did store a couple of chairs that we brought with us. Not having beach chair/umbrella service is the only drawback to traveling in the off season, but having the entire beach to ourselves all week was amazing. Everyone always looks at me funny when I tell them we go to the Gulf in December. Just give it a try, you’ll love it too! No long lines at restaurants, no one blocking your ocean view, great rates, and the perfect way to rest and relax.

We booked based on reviews, and everything is true; the hosts are awesome and easy to communicate with. Cleanliness is huge for us, and we've been disappointed in hotels and other vrbos with their lack of cleanliness. Not here, top-notch cleaning, and that made everything even more enjoyable. The views are amazing, and the decor is perfect. We usually stay in Regency Isle, but I think we've found our new favorite condo. You really cannot beat their condo. The detail from decor to the bathroom entities, and fast internet. A really beautiful, peaceful stay!

We had a spectacular week in this beautiful condo. It's obvious they have put a lot of money/effort into decor. The kitchen had literally anything you could think of it for cooking. The view from master and living room was mindblowing. Beds were great - bathrooms were freakin gorgeous. No long waits at the elevator. Tons of carts in the parking garage for getting your stuff upstairs easily. Excellent response time when I had a question for the management. I'd give it 10 stars if I could and that's definitely where I'll stay if we go back to Orange Beach. Thank you so much!!!

What a great place to celebrate my 70th birthday. This property was amazing in everyway. This condo had been completely updated and felt like it was new. It was clean, very well decorated, the kitchen was completely stocked, the pool was great and the views were fantastic. The owners went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Great ommunication from them and when I had a question, it was a quick text and there was an immediate answer. We will be back!!

Mike and Lisa are wonderful hosts and have the most beautiful & relaxing condo. Everything was perfect from the balcony, views, decor, furnishings, etc. Steps to the beach and not super crowded like the bigger condo complexes. We had an amazing week and hope to return again soon!!

This was the first time we’ve rented from Lisa and Mike and the process couldn’t have been easier. We love Orange Beach and have tried several condos. This one was the best by far. Very nicely updated throughout: kitchen, bathrooms, patio, etc. The AC was a huge plus for us. Most units we’ve rented in the past, the AC never seemed to cool very well. AND, the bed was so comfortable, we were able to genuinely rest. We returned home relaxed and rejuvenated. Will definitely plan to return!

This condo was sooooo welcoming and clean. We enjoyed the home and all the views it offered. We felt like we were on a private beach but in walking distance to flora bama music and day drinking. I am a huge fan of orange beach now, this was our first experience here. Would love to come back. The hosts were very accomidating and easily accessable. 5 star rating!!!

The condo was beautiful with all the necessary amenities. The booking and check in process was a breeze. Walk to beach was short and the kids loved the beach and the pool. Will definitely be back!!

The hosts are wonderful. The condos are beautiful. The location is perfect. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. This is our second time to stay at the Broodmoor and we loved it! Last year was just the wife and I and this year I brought the whole family, 12 in all. We will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo , the view was great , and it is so close to the water and the ground floor storage room was awesome, it was so nice to be able to leave all our beach stuff there and not have to haul it to the room everyday. The condo had really nice decorations and furnishings and was super clean. It’s really close to lots of restaurants and souvenir shops , grocery stores and anything else you may want. We brought our 4 year old grandson and he loved the condo , the balcony , the pool , and the beach. We will be back next year for sure. The owners were very responsive and checked on us before we got there and on the way home. We never had any owners do that before. They were awesome.

First time renting on that end of beach and we loved it... very low-keyed compared to busy areas of beach. The condo was so tastefully & beautifully decorated and had everything needed in kitchen as well which is rare. Beds very comfortable and location of deck was amazing ... lots of windows. Loved it and we rent 2 to 3 times a year in Orange Beach... will definitely be back. Owners so attentive to every detail and checked on us periodically to see if needed anything. Easy parking, elevators, access, etc. Loved it! A true gem.

Beautifully decorated condo with stunning views. We have stayed at various condos in Orange Beach for 35 years. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in. Every detail was thought through. It was well stocked to allow you to relax and enjoy. The storeroom with beach chairs and umbrellas was a bonus. The owners were kind and responsive. We plan to book again!
