The location
They asked to transfer deposit which is not clear when I booked the apartment, and it was very loud the clubs around it.

Secure parking, good layout, lovely decor
It was a bit hard to locate the car park, in that it wasn’t entirely clear that it was in the same block as the apartment.

No breakfast
I made a mistake on the booking form, but I thought there would be 7 bed spaces as the listing stated: 1 double; 3 bunk; 1 futon; and 1 sofa bed. This was not actually the case, but the host did everything he could (bringing in extra beds) to accommodate us and provide a bed for everyone. It was very noisy outside at night, but we expected this in the city centre.

It was a good location.
The owner asked for a £150 refundable deposit to a personal bank account on the day of arrival. The breakfast included was expired bagels, the flat wasn’t spotless clean. The place is much smaller than it looks on the photo.

central location, well equipped, generally quite comfortable and very clean.
area is very noisy on a weekend night (until around 04:00) and windows in the apartment aren’t soundproof (especially in the small bedroom where window doesn’t close properly).

Very good location. and easy to access by foot.
We booked for 6 people however this is not a big enough apartment for 6. There wasn’t even 6 cups, plates et cetera. 2 beds were camp beds on the floor. Lucky we had 2 people drop out so there were only four of us. If all of us had be able to attend this would have ruined our night.
Also we still haven’t found the car park and had to park somewhere else.

Nice apartment in great location. Very comfortable and good for friends to stay. Lovely to have tea and coffee available and the breakfast offering was good.
Check the access instructions before you get there to save time. Owner was good when we got him on the phone. Everything else was great.

Great central location, with supermarkets 2-3 mins walk away. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped, clean, the heating and appliances were easy to use and communication with the hosts was good. The breakfast cereal and milk was a nice touch, as well as tea/coffee/ cooking spices. Would return!
There was some noise on the Wednesday night from students out on the town, this didn't disturb our sleep but was noticeable in the evening.

complexity of check in and collecting of the keys from a lockbox in the street during rain. it just needs a short video to explain the process.

Perfectly located for getting to our conference. Free Parking was great. Host was very helpful with clear instructions
There were lots of bars and restaurants nearby so very busy but it is a central location so was expected.

The window in the main bedroom let a lot of noise through. It felt like it was wide open even though it was fully closed.

Well appointed apartment right in the centre of the city. Only a 2 minute walk into the very heart.

10/10 for location. Free Parking for such a central location was a bonus. View over-looking sheffield was impressive. The host was very responsive.

The apartment was clean
Was not able to check in on time which made us late for all our other stuff we had planned.
Very noisy till early hours of the morning due to being over the road from 3 night clubs

Brilliant location. Clean. Very secure.
Excellent communication with the host.
Bagels, cereal and milk left for breakfast which was really nice.
We’d happily stay again.
Curtains need black out lining as the rooms too bright in the morning

Oven trays need replacing and there’s only a whisk. No fish slice to fry eggs.

Very Centrally located with free parking. ideal for what we wanted. The view of sheffield city was also a bonus.
