It was very close to the Skytrain station, the room was spacious enough, and the mattress was comfortable.

Ufortunately, i thought the bathroom and toilet were not cleaned well. I was curious, so I only cleaned the toilet bowl.

Size of suite with bathroom. Extra heater in suite. Clean facilities. Location good access to all parts of Vancouver including airport.

Parking blocked with garbage cans upon arrival. Sent an abrupt message telling me move my car asap from another spot. Late in the evening the power went out in the bathroom. Very dark and made it difficult to use. Showering was a little dangerous . Although it was restored we were without power a full day. No compensation offered. Not good for reputation.

Power went out in the bathroom. Although fixed same day. No discount for inconvenience. No TV in suite. Parking initially blocked by garbage cans. Some what asked aggressive to move my car which I parked in the only other space available. No apology for the blockage of assigned parking spot. Rather, you need to move your car asap.

The proximity to the sky train. Very convenient to visit the city

The location was not what was advertised. It was badly adapted to have a sort of kitchenette close to the room but so uncomfortable with an old damaged little table. The bathroom door was broken, the TV was not in the room as advertised.

Great location. Clean and reasonably comfortable.

Odd room layout and access to room through the living area of other quarters. Everything was clean and quiet.

Is is necessary fix the bathroom door and the main entrance door.

The host was very clear with their directions on how to check in and find our rooms! It made everything easy to find the place.

Location is very close to sky train and airport. Host communication is prompt and kindly offered to store our luggage after check out (although we did not end up needing this). Ensuite bathroom and good value for staying in Vancouver

No AC, entire house felt like a sauna. Bathroom door was broken. Towels were old, hard and stained. Odd angulated room set up which maybe difficult if you’re navigating multiple pieces of luggage.

Clean, cozy, and convenient, being a short walk to Marine Drive skytrain station and just a few stops to the airport.

I live in Surrey, 33km away from this air bnb. I run a small business, and 2 of my clients are in UBC. I also had a ticket for a concert downtown Vancouver. I couldn't find a better accommodation! I could park my car in the driveway, and I took the Skytrain (which is 5 mins walk from the airbnb for real!) to go to the concert. I traveled alone. The room is big and comfortable, there's a coffee machine (the coffee is very good), a small fridge and a microwave). The bathroom features a big shower . The owners are very friendly, and they did their best to accommodate my requests.

There's nothing I didn't really like . I might suggest leaving a few sugar sachets and a few napkins by the coffee machine. That's it.

It was a great place and great location BUT it did need some very minor touch ups with drywall and what not

The place was very clean, easy instructions, great host and customer service, answering questions almost immediately! I had the guest room, which included a private bathroom with two sinks, the rain shower was exhilarating, and it came with an extra large closet, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Only 5 minutes away from the train and nearby attractions and cinema and the great Neptune Palace restaurant! I highly recommend for couples, great prices for Genius levels and waking distance from many places and only 23 minutes from home to the airport! Thank you Martin for hosting us! 😀

A little food smell, maybe putting an air freshener in the living room as an advice.

Convenient and quiet.

Price is reasonable. And room size is enough to use alone. I used own closet and washroom. Also the location is great to go to airport. It’s near to Marine Drive station which is close to the airport.

Easy check in, clear instructions. The room was large, with ample closet space and lots of amenities (coffee, mini bar). For the price this was a huge value and we were very happy with the experience. It's super close to the sky train station as advertised, which was super nice if you are not coming on car.

Parking instructions were non existent but we still managed to find adequate parking.

The room was a good size and included a private bathroom. The owner was able to accommodate an early checkin - our flights had been cancelled and we had to get some sleep. The bed was very comfortable, very large for a double, and the sheeps were very soft. There was coffee, shampoo and soap. It was very quiet and a 10 minute uber from the airport. This was a last minute booking because of a flight cancellation due to a large snow storm, and the owner was quick to accommodate.

It was close to a lot of different places. Having our own bathroom.

I didn’t like the parking and having renters in the same household as me. I wish there was a tv and microwave in the room so I didn’t have to go out of the room so much.

It was great having a coffee maker in my room

I couldn’t get the keys out of the lock box if there hadn’t been someone there I would not have been able to get in snd Martin did not provide a number to call him for assistance.

The good: easy to find, close to eats/large supermarket/cinemas/public transportation, private parking, clean in room, modern interior, comfortable bed, spacious room with large walk-in closet/small table with chair/small fridge, excellent value considering the cost of staying in a hotel in Vancouver area

The bad: messy housemates in other parts of house especially in the kitchen area, gross microwave (didn't check inside the common fridge), poor sleep quality due to tv on most day until 10 pm/people up opening & closing doors in the hallway throughout the night/traffic noise from the streets which can be easily avoided if I had known to bring some ear plugs
