This is our 3rd year visiting had a great stay ! Thanks for all you do to make it fun !

2nd year we’ve stayed here, love it. Area is laid back, great restaurants, & the beach is AMAZING!! The hosts are great. One very hot day our code to the lock wouldn’t work. Texted them & they came very quickly to put in new batteries. Very nice people. Going again next year.

The property is in a perfect location to walk to the beach, wander a welcoming dog friendly residential neighborhood, and conveniently access local shopping and St. Augustine. I loved all the natural light and quiet. Can't wait to come back again. Len and Kristy are wonderful and responsive hosts.

We were just starting to enjoy the area when a family issue caused us to have to cut our trip short. We would like to come back to St Augustine and if we do, we would like to stay at one of this owners properties.

Close to beach and nice apartment.

Perfect location to restaurants and beach. Quiet neighborhood. Home was clean and owners provided extra amenities that made the stay so nice. Would do again and certainly recommend!!

Very well maintained and clean. Condo had everything you would need for a beach trip. Pet friendliness was a great perk with plenty of walking space for the dog. Within walking distance to beach and restaurants.

This was the best property we rented in Saint Augustines Beach in the past 5 years ...Wonderful , clean , great location , great amenities ! Better than photos ...We will be back again ! DianeHT

Completely flawless from beginning to end . Owner was great communicator , housing was spotless , so many little touches were present , to make our stay that much nicer . Location was perfect , although we didn’t spend much time at the beach since we literally did everything we could in st Augustine . One regret was we didn’t stay a day or two longer just to relax . Highly recommend

This is our second time staying at 208B and there's a reason we came back. The property is perfect for our family (and doggie) and it's in a quiet neighborhood. It's an easy walk to the beach and the owners provide so much stuff (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc) there is no need to bring your own. (the wagon!!!). My little doggie loves it too! And if you have any issues with the place, the owner is right on it! I can't recommend this property enough.

The house was clean and very inviting. Having 2 bathrooms was awesome. The host also had a few board games/puzzles which were great for late nights after days at the beach. We really appreciated that they had a beach wagon, toys, an umbrella and chairs ready for us to use! So much better than a hotel and you are literally a 5 minute a walk to the beach. It was also nice that the property had a hose outside to rinse off all the sand from the beach. Made clean up much easier with our 6 year old and 3 year old. We’re so happy we found this spot and we will for sure come back here the next time we visit St Augustine!

Place was amazing and so close to everything. We had a great time.

Beautiful unit, comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The beds and furniture are all in great shape, kitchen is fully equipped, washer and dryer in unit and a fridge that has a ice machine. Publix foods is about a mile away and the pier to fish off is a short drive with public parking.

This was the perfect location! quiet and very close to the beach. Wish we had a 4x4 so we could drive on the beach :( enjoyed all the close restaurants. We will be back for sure! love the porch.

We had a months stay at Kristy and Len’s lovely apartment. It was spacious, spotless and comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time on the deck morning and evenings. It was nicely located so we could walk to the beach and a few restaurants. The owners were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again next time we’re in St Augustine.

This property was a perfect place for our week in St Augustine. The unit was spotless when we arrived, and was very well equipped in all areas. The living room space was a comfortable area to relax and enjoy TV. The beds were extremely comfortable and both baths were perfectly functional. The kitchen had everything needed. The unit is located 2 1/2 blocks from the beach and within short drive or even walk to some good restaurants. The drive to the Old Town was about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this unit.

Well designed,well built and comfortable two bedroom rental on second floor. Very good for our dog. Owner lives near by and is readily available. Quiet and private. Downstairs renters rarely heard. Nice balcony for sitting. Easy walk to a great beach. St Augustine reachable by bike. Great neighborhood for walking. Many walkable restaurants.

We had a wonderful time! The rental was perfect…very clean, good location to walk to beach, restaurants & shops. Kristy was such a wonderful host. She answered all our questions in a timely manner no matter what we asked. So glad we got the chance to meet her. Property well taken care of! Kitchen was perfect. Loved the regular size refrigerator & tvs in all rooms. The porch was a big plus. Spent a lot of time there. Can’t say enough positive things about the rental or the host!! Highly recommend! We will come again for sure!

My husband, aunt, and I stayed at Len and Kristy's second-floor apartment for three nights. With 2 king-sized beds and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for three adults. My 80 year-old aunt only had to negotiate the 13 or so steps up to the apartment coming and going. Once inside, everything is on one floor, making the stay very easy for her. The apartment is nicely furnished, with soothing beachy colors and decor. The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Linens, beach towels, kitchen towels, paper products, and toiletries are all provided, making a visit from out of town very easy. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, wine glasses, and matching dishware. It is apparent that the apartment has been updated and is very well maintained. The owners have definitely ensured that renters enjoy a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a residential area of St Augustine Beach, 2 1/2 blocks from the ocean. No public parking is permitted at the end of C Street, but it's an easy walk, or a quick drive to drop off beach equipment. Parking on the beach is permitted for 4 wheel-drive vehicles in this area, but the beach is wide enough that the presence of parked vehicles didn't bother us. The apartment is about a 15-minute drive to free trolley parking at the Old Jail (the 90-minute trolley tour is fun and very informative). The lighthouse is about a 10-minute drive, and that is also worthy of a visit. The view from the top of the lighthouse is fantastic. We would definitely stay at this apartment or one of Len and Kristy's other properties next time we visit St. Augustine.
