Had a great stay for our skiing weekend very close to Devils head and not far from Cascade. Love the modern aesthetic and cleanliness of the property and the beds are super comfortable!

I took my children to Devils head for a ski weekend, and stayed at this property. The property is gorgeous inside and out on a secluded wooded lot. Inside the home was super clean and had very nice amenities including comfortable beds, and really nice towels and linens. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying and I cannot say enough good things about it. Quiet and peaceful and close to everything you could need. We will be back!

The place was modern, CLEAN, well appointed, QUITE, and the host, Darion was great! Devils lake is very close. You have a winery, brew house and the epic Driftless Glen distillery,ALL within 12 minutes! And they all have decent food. We hiked the lake hard, stopped to eat, and had a nice campfire at nite. We love this place, will book every year!

This was our second autumn stay, and we just love this spot so much! Such a beautiful and peaceful spot; perfect for 4 adults. The proximity to Devil’s Lake and other gorgeous hiking spots makes this so ideal. Plus, this house is extremely comfortable. We love it, and will be back next year!

This property did not disappoint! It is one of the best rentals we have stayed at and we will definitely be back. It is exactly as listed and pictured. The treed lot was secluded and lovely. The house was cozy and clean. We truly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here so that we could visit Devil’s Lake state park. The location was perfect for that, only about 10min from the park entrance but still secluded and quiet. The home is lovely and outdoor area is very peaceful. It’s a little small for more than 2 people but very comfortable for my husband and I. We’d stay again!

The house was perfect! It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the quiet, wooded location. It is close to Devil's Lake north or south shore. Highly recommended.

House is super nice. Lots of good qualities -comfy beds, very clean, tons of windows, close to nature. Loved everything about the house. Only knock is the grounds and patio could use a little sprucing up.

A lovely place, truly in the forest! Easy to find and make our way to many great hiking trails. Comfortable beds and large windows perfect for a full moon experience with all the sounds of nature.

We enjoyed our month long stay at Daron’s beautiful cottage. We appreciated the nice kitchen refresh of new pots & pans & knives. Love cooking in this kitchen, especially with the forest view. Beds are comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay!

Overall this property was excellent. It was very clean, well kept, and had most everything you need for your stay. The area is very quiet and the property is surrounded by beautiful, tall trees. The biggest downside for my family was that the "yard" was all overgrown weeds. This property would offer so much more if there was a yard to play in. We attempted to play Bocce and Kube in an area where the weeds were slightly shorter, but it was not an enjoyable experience. The property is large and if the lawn were kept properly I would rate this place as amazingly excellent! A few other suggestions: a wire whisk for the kitchen and wiping under the kitchen door handles. Overall we did enjoy our stay here and would definitely stay again if we are in the area. The location is perfect to get to Devil's Lake and the Dells! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

A perfect stay at a beautiful property. Located close to everything- Devils Lake, Baraboo, the Dells, and Madison. The house is exactly as pictured. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi isn’t great, but the owner has done all he can and it didn’t bother us. There is Direct TV, and recorded movies to watch. You need to unplug to enjoy this location and it is a good thing! We will happily stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful Frank Loyd Wright-style cottage! My partner and I had a relaxing retreat here. Everything was as expected. Easy check-in/check-out process and the host reached out to us ahead of time! We would stay here again.

Love the Frank Lloyd Wright features. Felt like we were living outdoors with indoor comforts. Songbirds were singing. Being surrounded by forests was delightful. Great location. Daron was very helpful, communicative and extremely responsive.

What a wonderful home in the woods...not too faraway, yet far enough. The home has a complete kitchen, two bedrooms, nice living room/dining area, etc. outside patio and firepit!

Super clean and modern retreat in the middle of the Driftless Area, 15 minutes to everything. We started each morning with hikes in different areas of Devil's Lake State Park and then were able to enjoy food and drinks in town. Checked out Driftless Glen Distillery and Tumbled Rock! Highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back, so don't book the same weekend I want to go back!

The location was perfect for hiking and state park visits. It was also a close drive to restaurants and shops. Loved the house, a very relaxing stay. Looking forward to visiting again!

Stayed 2 nights with my 2 kids, the location was exactly what we were looking for and the modern amenities and beautiful views made for a great stay! We would definitely stay again the next time we visit!

The pictures for this property do not do it justice. From the moment you walk in it feels like you are in a wonderland. It snowed pretty hard while we were there and it just created this gorgeous snow globe affect. From the old books to the modern fireplace everything was spectacular. I cannot wait to return!

We love this place, the location and proximity to the outside, forest, snowboard and ski slopes, and great restaurants. Even vegetarian and gluten free awesome food that big cities may learn from. This place is great, and the host is really taking care of it. We highly recommend to families with kids, teens, or couples. We will be coming back, as usual. Thank you.

We frequently take trips to devils head ski area, but we don’t care to stay at the hotel because it’s outdated and not the cleanest. So it was nice to have a place so close and in much better condition.

We came the week before New Years and had a great time. The house was really nice and clean. We skied at Devils Head which was 7 minutes away. The kids had a great time and we loved the games at the house! Will definite to be back.
