The location of this place is great. We walked to most everything. The apartment is cozy and clean. There is an assigned off street parking. The massive front porch was my favorite spot for drinks. We had an issue with the lock and erin came right by to fix. You wont regret booking here

Fabulous location. 5 min walk to downtown which is clean and really cute. Also 5 min water to the water and parks. Super clean and updated condo with all the kitchen items one would need. Hosts were exceptional in communication and enabling us an earlier check in. Highly recommend this property. We had the most amazing time. :)

Overall we had a good time. House is 2-8 blocks from main area of downtown and waterfront. First impression of the outside of the house was unkept. I would describe the front porch differently than the listing. It needs some freshening up and nicer furniture. Once we walked inside, it was nice and accurate to listing. Queen bed in one room and full size in the other. Nice linens and towels. Window AC units in each of the bedrooms. Host was responsive. It was Tastefully decorated.

PROS: Location is great; walkable to many areas. Living area was nice and roomy with a large tv. Came with a parking space (parking is difficult here, so this was a major plus). CONS: bathroom needs some assistance: water stain in the ceiling, black moldy area at the base of the shower, and the exhaust fan didn't work. I checked the app before arrival and didn't have the check in information, when I called, I basically got snapped at that it was emailed to me in the morning. I was driving in from Maine where I had been staying in a remote area with no internet. She said she would text me the information, but never did so.

The location is perfect for exploring downtown and the waterfront on foot, easy walking distance for two older companions. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, hostess very responsive and unit comfortable and clean, respectful of

This location was great - we could walk to the bike path (our main reason for visiting) and also to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Apartment was clean and met all of our needs.

Clean property close to campus, close to Church Street, and close to lake access. Walking distance to everything we wanted to check out in Burlington. We only stayed one night and it was pleasant and secure. The host was great to work with and accommodated an off-listing request for us.

A nice, clean apartment that is within walking distance of just about everything in Burlington. It's a few blocks away from the lake and downtown. Lots of cool, funky places to eat and hang out. If you are not calorie or saturated fat averse, go check out Handy's Lunch, which is a block away on the corner. My only issue might be the bathroom, which is a bit small for a big guy like me. However, the place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Burlington!

We had an amazing weekend in Burlington, and that was in no small part due to our stay at this property. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of everything you would want to do in the downtown area. We were with our son and his girlfriend, celebrating the completion of their junior year in college. There was plenty of room for all four of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable, along with allowing for privacy when needed. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The living room very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We couldn't have asked for a better place! The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, well appointed (thanks for the coffee!), the property manager was knowledgeable, communication was easy and answers were prompt. The location was perfect for what we were in Burlington for (visiting family, seeing the area), and we're interested in staying again for the winter sports and fun. Overall 5 star experience!

This property's location is fantastic. Literally just a few minutes' walk from all of the fun stuff downtown. The space was clean and cozy and the stocked medicine cabinet came in handy in a pinch.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Erinn was real responsive when wenoticed that one of the beds didnt get made and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. The cleaning gal was very apologetic and made it right. Easy walking distance to the lake and the pedestrian mall.

We were so pleased with our stay. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Off street parking was a huge plus. Very walkable to Church street, UVM and the lake. Little extras like coffee, creamer and bathroom supplies were so welcome.

This was the perfect location for a stay after a concert at the Flynn. Within walking distance of the concert hall and church street. Cute apartment with a comfortable atmosphere. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely use again!

The property and location were exactly as advertised. It was within walking distance to the waterfront and other town center features, including public transit to the greater Burlington-Montpellier area. The host provided many helpful recommendations for fun things to do while visiting.
We are looking forward to our next opportunity to visit Burlington, and would definitely stay at this property again.

We loved our stay. It was just blocks from downtown Burlington. We had easy access to the downtown shopping and dining. Access to I-89 enabled us to make day trips to Stowe and Woodstock. Errin communicated great with us.

Nice apartment in Burlington. Great central location. The apartment was as described, it was clean, beds were comfortable, we really appreciated the kurig and coffee pods provided. Erinn is a great host.

We had a great time during our stay. The location is great to walk anywhere in the city or to the waterfront. Errin was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to the single issue we had during our stay. The recommendation book in the apartment was very useful in getting the most out of our time.
