The property was just what we expected and everyone loved the different Reception areas. The sunroom /dining room worked out wonderfully with plenty of seating and the living room was comfortable and everyone gravitated to it. The pavilion and the fire pit was a wonderful addition. We enjoyed watching and listening to the cows and the deer that visited most every day.

The farm is an amazing place to stay. It’s quiet and it has something for everyone no matter the age. We had family from the ages of 1 to 66 and we all had a blast. The kids spent most of the time in the pond which has a slide and a floating dock to jump off. We stayed there last year as well and the owners have already made quite a few improvements just since last summer. I highly recommended picking this for your family vacation spot!

This is the second time we've stayed here, and we are hoping to return again next year. Valerie is always gracious and accommodating, the house is in great shape, and the grounds are perfect for a relaxing holiday get-together. There are lots of great trails for hiking nearby, but we could just spend all day at the farmhouse, swimming, grilling, and hanging out.

Plenty of room to spread out. Clean and organized place. Very homey feeling. Great for our family time together.

The property was just as advertised - a peaceful retreat on the farm. Beautiful grounds.

Three ponds farm is an amazing place to spend time. Whether you are looking for quiet fishing, swimming or atv riding the farm has it all. Val & Tony are wonderful hosts who will try to cater to your whims. They cooked an amazing anniversary dinner for us after an ATV tour that was top notch. I would highly recommend taking them to task with your idea of a perfect getaway!

We totally enjoyed the marvelous scenery and comfortness of the farmhouse! Kids had lots of fun to do boating, fishing and sliding! The pond has beautiful lotus flowers and geese float on the water. It’s beyond expectations and we would highly recommend this farmhouse to anyone!

What can I say? This property was amazing. The guests were all taken in by the spacious farmhouse, the seemingly never-ending backyard and the ponds. It was in a peaceful location, and if there were any neighbors nearby I wasn’t aware of them. The owner was communicative and checked in as often as possible in order to ensure a pleasant experience. I’d recommend anyone stay here if looking for a pleasant getaway.

This is a beautiful property with lots of space to enjoy. Long walks, swimming, grilling, or just reading in the hammock are some of the many things the property provides. No cell service so WiFi was welcome to stay in touch with work. Future guests should note that stores are at least 15-20 minutes away so it’s helpful to think ahead for supplies.

We are always looking for an enjoyable place to accommodate our families as we come together each summer to meet in PA. This was hands down the best set up we’ve ever encountered. The home is so very spacious and had everything you could ever need. The little pond with the beach was exactly what the kids needed to make their stay amazing. We even set up a little outdoor theater under the pavilion and enjoyed the fire very much. Not to mention the fishing and walking the little stream towards the back of the property! We have no complaints and will definitely be back in the future. We were even able to make a quick drive out to Worlds End State Park as well as Dry Run Falls. Which were about a 50 minute drive. And was an absolutely beautiful place to sight see. The only thing that could have made our stay better was more time 😊� Thank you Valerie!!!

3 Ponds was perfect for our group of 6 adults & 5 kids. We loved seeing the cows on the hill and spending time strolling around the ponds. The “beach” was a huge hit for everyone, we spent hours enjoying it! Valarie was so kind and helpful. We plan to go back!

The Three Ponds Farm House was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space indoors and out for kids to run around and adults to relax. The swimming pond was a hit for all ages. It was a great place to hideaway from the city and not feel like we were forced not to see other people.

We stayed 5 nights at the farm with four families of parents and kids. The kids loved swimming in the pond and we found the property clean and well appointed. We loved sitting under the pavillion while our kids played for hours on the little sandy beach. The outside space is a real highlight and the house has some rustic charm too. We had one or two minor issues along the way such as a plumbing problem, but the owners responded quickly and politely. They even helped us retrieve some items we left behind after our stay. There were one or two things that could have been better, such as extra fridge space, a working ice maker, decks and docks that weren't so likely to cause splinters, and a working water slide, but these were minor issues in the overall picture. We had a wonderful time there with our large group and overall I would recommend this property and these owners highly. I would absolutely consider a future stay, especially if these minor issues were improved. Thanks for a great stay!

We all had an amazing time. The farm offers all that you could want to have a relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable stay. Very quite place with lots of great nature experiences.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it!!! The only snag- both the GPS and Mapquest told us the driveway for the house was on the left hand side of the road; so we were confused for a minute until we saw the ponds. Then we knew right where to go :)

Five us us, including a grandmother and two children, stayed here for 5 nights. We enjoyed our visit immensely and are looking forward to coming back. The farmhouse is quaint, quiet, and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with basics for cooking for large groups and a great grill, and there are lots of comfortable spaces for everyone to settle in. Our children swam in the pond for hours every day, we roasted marshmallows and watched the birds and fireflies -- just what we wanted. The Wegmans in Williamsport is about 25 minutes away. Valerie was very helpful with tips. Thank you for everything!!

The property is spacious and the home is very well kept. They have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. If you want plenty of space to accommodate large families, relaxation, swimming, and fishing fun, this is definitely the place to be. The owners are also very accommodating and make it a priority to make sure your stay is enjoyable!
