Breakfast was good

Paper thin walls, could hear everything in halls n room next door, our door didn’t lock properly, duct tape on the dloor

We got to our room and it was dirty... Beds were slept in bathroom was used... 1st time I ever went to a hotel and the room was dirty... Me and my family were shocked... Took them a while to get us another room but once they did it was more decent... Just left us with s bad taste about the facility...

I have stayed here a dozen times and loved it. I was surprised at how much it changed. the shower was ( room 206) was dirty, there was no soap and a very small amount of shampoo. the sweet guy at Checkin ( Peter) was completely flummoxed by the software. the breakfast was good.

I like when you walk in the smell is clean and was greeted with a smile. I liked how the breakfast was served hot and ready to eat. I liked how big the bed was soft and comfy.

I didn't like a few things at the hotel especially when I checked out which leaded to a full refund.

Breakfast wasn’t bad but could have had a few more choices.

The majority of the staff was friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean, warm, and inviting. Pool was open and the water was warm. Would stay at this location again.

Spa was not working. Breakfast options were decent aside from the selection and quality of the grains.

Homeless people actually can stay in the same rooms that clients book, of course not at the same time. Had to change rooms because of horrible stench. Next room had locks that were tinkered with. Loud raucous shouting and slamming doors in the hallways all night! Could hardly get the deadbolt to engage. Left in middle of night. Did not feel safe ! Some kind of order was issued to management which was terrible! Management was not accommodating at all! No carts for luggage. Homeless guys were all over my bags. I was actually very frightened from the beginning! Never again!!

Everything, the gentleman checking us in was friendly & informative. Great location, close to Reaper's Revenge. The room was gorgeous, clean, everything you could want. The pool was nice & warm. Breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was pretty bad. Flat circles of egg and sausage. Toast and bagels were just ok

Our room was supposed to be non-smoking. There was even a notification in the room. The room stank off cigarette smoke. There were even burn marks on the edge of the sink. When we complained to the front desk we were given a bottle of Febreze to spray our room. We were told the bottle was almost empty and not to use too much! The power button on the tv remote was broken. The staff knew about it but didn't say anything about it until we complained.

Great rates, comfortable beds, very clean room and facility. Breakfast included sausage patties and links, egg omelets and a variety of muffins, cereals and miniature waffles. Front desk clerk was personable and knowledgeable about the area for dinner recommendations.

being set back from the highway. very well maintained property. people are very friendly. very clean room I can’t say enough OUTSTANDING! I wish I could buy their pillows so comfortable and cool’
