We visited for some holiday site-seeing and the house was a perfect base. We used the ferry regularly to visit across the river and it was an easy process and very close to the house. The house was exactly as shown in photos, clean and perfectly stocked. The two fireplaces made the house cozy and the off-street parking was a huge plus during the winter. The hosts were communicative and welcoming but also not too intrusive. We hope to come back for a summer visit sometime to use the pool!

We had a wonderful stay, can’t say enough good about it! The home was spacious, clean, generously stocked, comfortable - truly a home away from home!! We enjoyed local bakeries and cafes within walking distance. The hosts were prompt and incredibly helpful with all communication. They’ve thought of everything for families with kids, from high chairs and games/toys to kids cups and plates! The house is located within walking distance to the ferry to Quebec City. It was easy and fun! We spent so much time walking the city and enjoying the local area. This was truly a treat! We would absolutely return again!

This is a beautiful home with a relaxing vibe. The pool is lovely and the beds are comfy. It is walking distance to the ferry to get to Old Quebec but beware there are a lot of stairs to climb on the way. We definitely got our exercise every day. We enjoyed the little restaurant and shops just down the block. I would recommend this place to anyone and I would stay here again if I was traveling back to this area.

The place was super clean and had everything you could hope for available. The Barbie house, games and pool were a huge hit!

This rental was fabulous for our family vacation. We travelled with and 1 year old and a two year old and this home was perfect for us. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this rental!

We have come to love staying in Lévis when we visit the Quebec City area. The town itself is a delight, made accessible by the location of this house. It is so enjoyable to walk out the door to a wonderful fine grocery store for amazing pastries and coffee, to several good restaurants and an ice cream/chocolate shop—all within minutes. The Villa itself is roomy and lovely. Clearly, much thought has gone into meeting all of the guests’ needs and more. We had a marvelous time at the house, in the surrounding town and in Old Quebec. We all heartily recommend this house!

Our stay was five stars all the way. The house is beautifully restored (it's over 100 yrs old but it feels new) and beautifully decorated, with updated features throughout, very comfortable beds, high-end new appliances, and really nice linens. The living room has a great fireplace and TV with all the streaming and international stations you could want. There was plenty of room for our family of four. We were so comfortable there; it is definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The hosts were outstanding. From the moment we inquired about the house being available, Sarah and Aze were really quick to respond. Each time I had a question after we booked it, one of them got back to me within the hour. And they also checked in with us periodically. Prior to our arrival, they made sure we had all the information we needed to get in, and checked on us after we arrived and throughout our stay. They put so much effort into making this home beautiful and comfortable, and into making sure our stay was perfect. You will not find better people as hosts anywhere. The location of the home was great. It was a short 10 minute walk to the ferry to get to Old Quebec City, and within a mile or two of several grocery stores. Within a very short walk, around the corner are some restaurants and a chocolate shop. There is also a bookstore nearby and a cool antique store. The neighborhood is very quiet and family oriented, but it would be fun for young adults as well, with a couple of pubs and bistros. Levis is a nice place to stay to visit Old Quebec. It is right on the river and very easy to get around. You can actually see the old town from the second floor of the house. I highly recommend this home and the hosts!

Everuthing was as advertised and some. Sarah was truly on point. The house was very nicely appointed and decorated. Our two familes really enjoyed our stay.

If you want to have a quick access to downtown Quebec but in a nice local neighborhood with a great restaurant next door and all the conveniences you can expect in a house this is the right location .

Just a stunning, warm, lovely property. We immediately felt at home and the nice touches from Sarah and aze were wonderful. It was spotless, well equipped and beautiful. And of course the pool was amazing. We hope to be able to come again. The entire family had a great time. Thanks again to Sarah and aze!

Superbe séjour à la villa du notaire. La villa est spacieuse, bien décoré et très propre. C'est près du traversier et à distance de marche du vieux Québec, un compromis parfait entre accessibilité et tranquillité. Je le recommande fortement! Merci Sarah!

La maison est magnifique et le quartier est agréable. La décoration est minutieuse. Nous étions 10 et l'espace est très adéquat.

Difficile de croire que les hôtes sont des débutants! Ils deviendront sûrement rapidement des Superhosts. La maison comportait bien plus que le nécessaire. Tout ce qui peut rendre un séjour plus agréable s'y retrouvait. La communication avec les hôtes était facile, avant, pendant et après notre séjour... et notre intimité tout a fait respecté. Ayant une famille de plusieurs enfants nous avons particulièrement apprécié la taille des pièces communes et la table à manger qui nous accommodait tous facilement :) ... et un stationnement directement dans la cours arrière.
