O hotel é super agradável, silencioso, limpo e confortável. Ficamos hospedados num quarto de 70m, super espaçoso. O café da manhã era gostoso, a comida do restaurante muito boa, os funcionários educados e prestativos. O hotel fica distante 10 minutos do centro, se você procura sossego é o lugar ideal.

A internet no quarto não funcionava tão bem, meu marido precisou trabalhar alguns dias e precisou ir até a recepção para atender algumas reuniões, mas é um caso específico dele. O resto foi tudo perfeito.

The location really good, close to the temples of Angkor and in a quiet area, close to a good supermarket, the rooms are beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, and the pool is very clean, the staff are attentive and professional, I liked everything, and recommend it.

Nowy, stylowo wykończony ośrodek ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami jakie tylko można sobie wymarzyć. Wanna w naszym pokoju była rewelacyjna. Lokalizacja pozwala dostać się w niedługim czasie zarówno do świątyń jak i do centrum. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i warto do nich dopłacić. Na uznanie zasługuje wyjątkowy personel (w szczególności Mr. Roeum), który był niesamowicie sympatyczny i pomocny przez cały czas naszego pobytu błyskawicznie reagując na każdy problem lub prośbę. Z tak dobrą obsługą nie spotkaliśmy się jeszcze przez wiele lat naszych wyjazdów w różne miejsca na świecie. Nawet panie sprzątające przykładają się do swojej pracy tak, że byliśmy pod wrażeniem tego jak wysprzątany został nasz pokój. Zdecydowanie polecam, jest tu lepiej niż w wielu pięciogwiazdkowych hotelach!

Loved the rooms and they had a great breakfast included.

It smelled good from the moment I entered the entrance. We were supposed to stay 2 nights this time, but my daughter got sick and was hospitalized, so we could only stay 1 night. So I was very disappointed. The helpful and friendly staff, the delicious food, and the clean rooms were all very nice.

No doubt, number one is the staff. They were so nice, courteous and looked after us with so much care. Mr Samphore, the manager, Mr Pisit, Mr Houeon, Mr Sarim and the chef Ms Sinath were all excellent. Ms Sinath even cooked my wife a special vegetarian dinner on her own. Thank you all of you.

We did a good find stay at Vasinh Residence after Khmer New Year Holiday in Siem Reap City, Cambodia. We had a wonderful experience with the Vasinh Residence with the comfortable accommodations, friendly and attentive staff, convenient location, enjoyable amenities, a comfortable bed and pillows, clean and well-appointed rooms, and beautiful miniature garden and pool views. Also, we had good food and drinks at the hotel's restaurant and bar. Highly recommend a great hotel stay one where we feel comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of. We will definitely return to this hotel when our trip happens to travel to Siem Reap City, we will definitely see you guys and gals soon.
