Extra nice and clean condo. Being on the second floor made it even better. We will be staying here again

10/10 recommend this place ! We will be back there for sure. Everything is super clean and they have everything you need there. I do wish they had a bigger bed though.

We loved everything about the condo as well as the amenities of the property. For the price, we hope to return for a 2-week stay very soon.

Condo was very nice, had some issues with the garbage disposal being stopped up it was fixed in a timely manor. We went during thunder week which was loud and crazy and didn't get much sleep due to the burn outs and drunk motorcyclists outside our condo, but that was my fault for not looking at what was going on during the week before booking. Overall it was a good stay minus the not getting sleep.

Great week. The unit was awesome and exactly as advertised. Everything we needed and then some. Check-in process was super easy. Would definitely visit again!

We loved this beautiful condo. Had a great experience. Loved how clean and beautifully decorated it was. Only suggestions is maybe a topper on the queen bed and more patio furniture, like lounge chairs. Overall we loved our stay and plan on coming back.

The check in process was terrible. Instructions were vague. You only spoke to security, who,misdirected us , twice as we pushed a loaded luggage cart all over the place you can only unload in 3rd floor parking deck, then use sky bridge & hopefully get the the right elevators! Your car is so far away it’s very inconvenient! The sheets were cheap and rough, so bought sheets to use there. I vacuumed floors to keep sand off floors. After one day, the vacuum was beyond full, after going over carpet $ rugs, I started with it empty. I emptied $ cleaned filter, which appeared to have NEVER been cleaned out.the bedding was very worn & outdated. The door would not lock the first time we went out. We called & had to use Manuel lock each time. By the time we got into our room after the “check in” process, we would gladly have taken a refund & drove back home !! Nothing is convenient about this place. I was told there were several places to walk to to eat.subway, waffle house& Burger King about 4 blocks away!! Do not recommend this location or thus unit

The condo was perfect! Location was within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Loved that we could just walk out onto the beach. Will definitely stay here again!

Good Condo, parking a little bad but overall stay good

We had a great time on our vocation. The place was clean and very well managed. Kitchen pretty much had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Pictures set a high expectation and when we arrived the furniture was very old. Bedroom furniture was all scratched up. Master tub jets were turned on and black stuff and hair came out. Dollar store cooking utensils and only 2 very small frying pans. Couldn’t even cook a decent breakfast or dinner with what was there. Ice maker never worked and company sent maintenance guy out twice. Ac filter was so clogged up the room wasn’t cooling, had to clean filter myself. Check in was a cluster and had to reach out for information and door codes after multiple people and emails.

We enjoyed everything about this place!

A great fit, and a place to go back to in the future.

It would have been nice to have dish soap, hand soup, dish detergent and some beach chairs. When you go on vacation you don’t expect to have to be items that are necessary.

The first weekend was actually scary. Our street in front of condo shut down two nights in a row. Rest of time was good. Our place was right next to trash so the trucks came 3 to 4 times early in morning so it was noisy and really couldn't sleep in. The condo itself was not equipped with much to cook with and what was there is very cheap. I would email questions before stay and got no answers at all.

Reaching anyone who knew anything about a parking pass was a nightmare.

I traveled with a friend and ours kids for my sons baseball tournament and a little last minute getaway. 1) check in was easy. - when I missed the email from property management, I reached out to the owener. I received a very prompt response with directions and follow up. Once I saw the correct email (my error missing it), the process was smooth as can be. We arrived a couple hours early and were guided to head over to Edgewater for check in. I called as we were rolling into town and they had everything ready for us. 2) location- 2nd floor and close to stairs! Perfect for avoiding the long elevator wait times. Amazing views from the balcony. 3) Kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. Two dishwasher soap packets provided, no garbage bags, paper towel, or dish soap- quick instacart service to the rescue. 4) Bathrooms both had plenty of towels, wash clothes, hand towels, and toilet paper. There were travel size toiletries as well. 5) Beds were comfy. We brought an air mattress, so we did not use the pull out sofa sleeper. 6) Did I mention the fabulous view? 7) Communication with property owner was fantastic and friendly. 8) Easy beach access and the kids loved the pools and hot tub!! Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The check in process was awful. We arrived at 2 pm in which we were told they would put a rush on our room. We didn’t get a call until 5 pm. A wasted first day. The next morning the power was out for 5 hours. Day 3 , power was out for a few hours. The beach was beautiful and we mananged to have a great week, but was unimpressed with this condo and resort

I made my reservations and had my e-mailed , confirmation numbers,drivers license and made reservations using my debit card .The woman that checked me in was very rude and her ( I was so upset that I wished I had gotten her name and also the woman that was working next to her we're making rude comments about my problem).,when I made my reservations on line somehow the system icked my husband's name up and not one .The woman that was checking me in would ak me info and I was giving her all the correct answers except the name .She looked at e and said that I would have to have my husband drive 3 hours from Troy ,Al. to Panama city beach to check me in .I am the person that made the reservation , not my husband .He wasn't even going to be with me that weekend . And I'm not the only person that she was rude to .There were two other ladys burying to check in after me and they were have issues with her also . My husband called the check in office ( which was Blue water on front beach road .) And I was sitting in a chair in the lobby ( I never left ) .after I got off the phone with my husband ,very upset ,and she told him that I wasn't there ,and I was there .trying to figure out what to do. Then after approximately an hour and a half they finally got me checked in and gave me a key card that didn't even work .So the lady that was with me called the office back and the same office gave us two wrong numbers for the door. It took 4 hours from the time we got to the front door of the condo untill we got to open the door ad start our weekend .it was very stressful .We think something needs to be changed.Thank you for listening .Peggy Parker I was staying at the majestic beach resort on front beach road , Panama city beach ,fla. And my dates were 09/02/2021 to 09/06/2021 ,room 205 tower one.

First of all, we loved the resort itself. The staff did an excellent job of cleaning and were always friendly. The check-in process was very painful and took over 2 hours (and we traveled with 3 children). When we arrived at Majestic, we were greeted by security and instructed to drive to Edgewater to check in. There was never anyone at the front desk of this resort. Then we arrived at Majestic to find that our vehicle was over 7 feet tall and would not fit in the parking garage. If we had known this ahead of time, we would have rented a different vehicle. We had to park in the open lot area and the spaces were very limited. Then we had to go to the other tower and get luggage carts. By the time we actually got in our room, we were exhausted. The condo itself had some issues. We were told it slept six and that's how many we had. However, the pull out couch was not suitable for adults. There were no pillow cases for the pillows or blanket for said couch. The only sheets left for us to use on the couch were a couple flat sheets. We went to Walmart and purchased a blanket and pillow cases. Nobody wants to sleep on pillows used by other people with no pillow cases! It was very inconvenient to get our vehicle and go get food. We cooked breakfast and lunch in the condo (only one very small skillet available) and no muffin pan. We had to purchase them also. None of the outlets on the kitchen bar worked. The noise from the street could definitely be heard from the master bedroom. There should have been a map of the resort showing us what was available but there was not one. Communication with the condo owner/manager was non existent. I tried to reach her several times but always got a voice mail. I would not stay in this condo again.

Great access to the beach. Very crowded so we had to set up the tent as early as 6:15 in the morning to get a good spot. The condo was great and had everything we could need!

Condo listed as 2 bedroom. It is 1 bedroom and bunks in hallway. You can hear all the traffic on the street. Too busy! Condo was clean. My husband is handicapped and it was difficult to get around with so many people on elevators.

Very easy and Safe place

Property was very clean and well maintained. The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials. Located near stairs, elevator.

After 3 unresponsive text through vrbo requesting check in info, I called a voice mail and got an email with the room # and confirmation # which I already had. the day we checked in there was maintenance on the front driveway entrance. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Wouldn't have been too bad but I specifically asked questions about what I needed to know for check in day. I had an injured foot since booking the condo and they knew well ahead of time how much up,dow,across,down,over was going to be necessary when they scheduled drive way maintenence. So the 2 hour check in process involved several people not knowing their job when trying to figure out the parking situation with a bike park on floor 1. a trailer park on 6. and a car park on 2. You can only get to the tower from level 3 today. After a lot of temporary passes we got our permanent pass for our stay but the girl at the desk charged us for bracelets to use amenities i guess. She never explained herself clearly . Forgot to even give us the bracelets and wasn't able to answer parking questions. I was referred to the closed security office. Once we got to the room it was all well except the cleaning crew left a taco bell box with wrappers and garbage in the kitchen. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and rooms stocked with towels toiletries and linens, boogie boards and floats for the beach. Shower had good pressure. Ac unit worked well. View from balcony was great. I was there for bike week, so yes the room was loud with outside noise. Which I would expect. The check out was much easier with the use of the front circle drive way. But at a very busy 9-10 am on a Sunday they were pressure washing in front of the elevators where everyone with luggage needed to walk through. Overall a nice stay. The unit itself was great for our needs. We booked this mainly for the covered bike parking but I will avoid across the street garages for my next stay.

The room was very clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. Kitchen was clean and pretty well stocked with plates, utensils, etc. The master bed was a little small for my husband and I, but comfortable. The kids loved that there were board games, a smart tv to watch Netflix, and they had a separate bathroom from ours. Over all we were very happy with our stay.

Property was nice. Check in guy was not good. He was not friendly and didn’t speak loud enough and didn’t give enough information. The unit could have been a little cleaner but was not to bad. Loved the 2nd floor.

I’m not going to lie I was nervous reading a few reviews before booking. When we got there we had no issue with the smell that was previously reported. Also that smell could have been from the trash room right across the hall. Property could have been cleaned a little better but we didn’t contact anyone because it wasn’t a deal breaker and nothing major. The pictures that are posted was exactly how it looked and it was decorated nicely! Could have used some more dish rags rather than just one the whole time. Being on the second floor was great because we could just go up the stairs for parking garage or down the stairs for beach,pool, etc when the elevator was taking a while. It was a busy weekend so it was expected. Overall we had a great stay and we loved the location as we always try to stay in majestic because of its location.
