My family had a great time staying in this house on Baynard Cove. The pool was great, and the home was well appointed. I wish the WiFi was faster as it gave us some trouble trying to stream a movie at night, but it sounds like that is an island wide provider problem. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location, beautiful pool!

Everything was great except trash pickup. 9 family members and a lot of trash.Trash was to be picked up but was not we were there from Saturday to Saturday. I even tried to chase down the trash guys and they left. The pool we were told by the pool guy he was there on Wednesday and he was not as we were at the house all day. He finally came on Thursday and argued with my son about pool ring cleaned. We loved the house, the well equipped kitchen , the pool was awsome we all loved it including the grandkids.

Our family had a wonderful week in this home! It was very clean, well organized and the pool was our “go to” spot most days. Very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely love to return!!!

The property is just as described and incredibly clean. Bedding was comfortable as well as the living room. You could sit in the living room and sun room all day. Cozy and peaceful! Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities plus more! We would definitely stay here again. Great communication prior to check in/check out and info at the house to explain trash pickup and the little things that make Sea Pines navigation much simpler. Thanks for a great stay!

This was a wonderful home. It was very clean, the pictures didn't do it justice. We loved the pool. The only negative for us was that it wasn't closer to the beach.

We checked in the Saturday after The hurricane . Had an absolute beautiful week in a beautiful home . It was clean, great location , close to many attractions . Owner was great with communicating with us prior to our stay .

We rented this house as a multi-family group. The house was spacious enough to allow each of us to have our own bathroom and space to decompress but also with ample room to come together in the kitchen and the Carolina room. The pool was perfect and we were a short bike ride away from the beach. We hope to return again soon!

We loved this house! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed! The pool is wonderful and the location was just right for us! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at this home with our family. We made use of the kitchen, patio, grill and pool (the pool was a safe location for comfort with our toddlers). I have to say it is an exceptionally clean! Actually it is even nicer in person than the pictures. The location was in the middle of Harbor Town or the beach. We rode bikes to both locations. We highly recommend this vacation property and hope to return for another visit.

Perfect for a family of 5- kitchen was well equipped, pool was clean and serviced 4 x's when were there (2 weeks). Coming back next year!

We loved: - Cleanliness - house met our high expectations - The extra porch room was great to have so kids and adults could have a separate hang out space. - Having the Bike Doctor deliver and pickup the bikes is key, we biked everywhere - Bathrooms - all beautiful and clean, major plus along with having a full bath for each room worked out great. - The open floor plan was good and plenty of spaces to eat inside and outside if we wanted. - The location is amazing between the beach and shops and things to do - we really didn’t leave Sea Pines much except for tee times. - The pool is perfect and one of the main reasons we booked this home. We were there in May and didn't need to pay to heat it. Room for improvement: - Towels/Beach gear - no pool or beach towels - no beach chairs or tents - We had one rainy/lazy afternoon and felt the house was lacking in games, puzzles, etc. - The biggest negative is the beds. The rollaway twin should not even be mentioned as an option. The king bed has a huge sink hole in it and so does one of the doubles in the front bedroom. The queen bed wasn’t much better but the several egg crates made it bearable. In summary we would absolutely return to See Pines and to this house if there was a guarantee that news beds were purchased which the owner did say they are planning on doing.

The house was in a great location- short bike ride to all locations. The pool was great for our 2 little grandchildren- paid for heating and worth it. Trees do overhang the pool, daily leaves and seeds needed to be skimmed. Need to bring your own pool toys, towels. Had a wonderful time on the island.

We enjoyed the house and neighborhood. It was clean and quiet. Loved the birds and light. We wish we could have enjoyed the pool more but it was a bit chilly while we were there and breezy. We chose not to heat the pool due to the significant added expense. It would have been nice to have more propane, (check more frequently) light bulbs, salt and pepper, lighter and a few basic items…Kleenex and more TP. Need to consider cleaning the house windows a bit more frequently. Consider updating mattresses as well. Kids don’t care of course but a house of 60 something yr. old women notice these details . $400+/- per night. We rent our house in Cape Cod and offer a few more “just in case” amenities . Overall a nice gathering place for us. Perhaps this is how HH properties roll. Clean and quiet the above comments are suggestions. These things did not impact our overall experience and the communications were excellent overall. It is a lovely neighborhood in the middle of the Heritage golf course fairways—we loved Hilton Head and hope to return! Thank you!

This is a nice property in a great location. The house is as it looks in the pictures. We were there for two wonderful, relaxing weeks. But, compared to everything else we have rented on Hilton Head this rental was underwhelming. And it is all in the details that cannot be seen on pictures - there was only one garbage bag for 2 weeks; there were no sharp knives and no steak knives, but 5 cutting boards; there were no pool towels, and only small white shower towels. The furniture was almost all uncomfortable - beds, chairs, sofa, dining chairs.

This house was great. It was perfect for our family for our spring break trip. It is in a great location in Sea Pines. It is a 10 to 15 minute bike ride to Harbour Town, the beach, and the stables. The pool was great, perfect for our kids who are elementary school age. We had the pool heated for an extra charge ( which I’d recommend if going in March) and it was perfect when we showed up. My kids were in the pool before we had finished unloading the car! The property managers were great and very responsive and arranged for bikes for us as well. Would highly recommend this house and will definitely look at booking again next time we go to Hilton Head.

Place was not clean, no WiFi password or parking pass left as indicated, and took owner next day to get back to me. Pool was freezing and dirty. Bugs in kitchen. House is beautiful, but not cleaned well! Also tried to charge me extra for bringing a dog, when we did not!!! Luckily, we love Hilton Head and had a great time on the island, but will not stay here again!

Very nice property and location. Property managers are very attentive. House was clean and bug free upon arrival. Only room for improvement- Hot water heater provides warm showers vs hot regardless of being first or last shower, master has poor internet connection, and - very minor - but beach chairs are not provided and so we had to purchase and pack them. Overall, a great house and stay.

The house was perfect for my family of 6. It was a short bike ride to the beach, having a pool was an awesome touch! Location is awesome, plenty of room for 6 people.

Great location in Sea Pines, clean, enough room to spread out. The private backyard with the pool and bonfire were the highlights! Thanks again!

Baynard is the very best of Hilton Head living, IMO. It was well appointed with everything we needed (including all the random kitchen items you only ever seem to need when you're in someone else's home!) We spent much of our time relaxing in the breezy Carolina room and by the pool and firepit. The house is perfectly located on a quiet street and cul de sac. My husband's only comment is that the internet signal could be stronger so he could work on his laptop by the pool. But maybe that's a good thing it wasn't. :-).

This house was perfect for our family. Our daughter and our son-in law worked remotely and we watch our grandson. The pool was perfect and the house itself was in a great location. Would definitely try to stay again.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Questions were answered quickly and bicycles were delivered to the house before we arrived. It is a great centrally located residence for bike riding and is in quiet neighborhood. After spending the last few years in a house near the beach, we felt we could stay inland as the house was equipped with a beautiful heated pool. There was no mention of the $750 up charge to heat the pool for the week, or at least we didn’t see it when booking. We were also told that advance notice of 3 days was needed if we wanted to have the heater turned on. This was truly the only downside of the property as we anticipated using the pool during our stay. It was too cold to swim in during our week in March.

Great home for the four of us. Had all of the amenities we needed and more. Nice pool. House was perfect for us for the week, extremely clean, and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.
