Great location, some traffic noise, and stairs up to the unit. The first photo in the listing said there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. It is just a loveseat. Other than a few small things, the condo was comfortable and well equipped.

Upon arrival, the instructions told us to go up the outside stairs with a code to get in the door on the 2nd floor. We hauled our luggage up there, and the code didn’t work AND there was a sun faded note on the door saying to use a different stairwell because this one was deemed unsafe. We then hauled our luggage to the opposite side of the building to the other door, and the entry code did not work at that door either. After calling the management company and sitting and waiting for about 20 minutes (outside with our luggage after a long day of travel) a resident of the building let us in. She told us the code that was given to us hasn’t been used in over 6 months. Once she let us in and gave us the code, things were fine. We happened to be there for a wedding and needed an iron, the one in the condo was old and had rusty water coming out of it. We bought a new one and left it there. We were promptly reimbursed for the iron and also given a $100 refund off the condo price for the hassles of check in. Would stay here again but I would ask the property manager to confirm the code prior to getting there.

Good location. Liked having a covered space for my car. The floors where alittle dirty as evidenced on my socks. The afternoons were uncomfortable inside around 85 since no AC. I closed blinds and opened the one window available but just not enough air flow. But nights cooled down and was pleasant.

Great location and nice property with all of the accommodations. A few repairs were needed in the condo and building but overall it was a very nice place to stay.

This is a great place, and I would definitely stay there again. It has everything that you need, including cookware, etc.There is parking designated on the ground floor of the building, and a security system for entry to the apartment area. There is a medium-sized grocery store just across the street, and It is just a couple of minutes drive to the large grocery store. You can walk to the main area of the town for stores and restaurants.

Quick walk/bike to downtown. Plenty of space to be comfortable for a multi-day stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and in a great location to downtown. The parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle (truck), but we were still able to fit. Only downside: The staircase the check-in instructions told us to use was broken. There was no sign at the bottom of the stairs. So we walked up and there is a huge hole at the top by the door and a sign on the door saying to use the front entrance instead. Very dangerous! Instructions need to be updated until that staircase is fixed.

We loved it, just 2 minor things. The water pressure in the shower is really low. Downstairs area is quiet, but when in the bedroom I can hear the other rooms, we used a white noise app.

Visited Durango for 3 nights. We choose this property due to its proximity (0.5 miles)to the main section of Durango that has shopping and restaurants. There are restaurants and shops nearby the unit as well. Everything was better than expected, and we highly recommend this unit for any stay in Durango.

Nice location and clean unit. Had a really nice time and was able to walk everywhere. Would stay there again for sure.

Colorado is a beautiful place to be in August to beat the Texas heat and hike. Durango is a charming town and this location was a perfect location for us to walk to Main Street, dine, get our morning coffee, and not ever have to drive to do so. Easy in, easy out, great parking spot. The neighbors in the building are friendly. It was quiet at night. The condo itself is clean and roomy upstairs and downstairs. Great size for 2, max 3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children.

I visited this apartment with my wife, toddler son and dog. Everyone loved it. 5-10 minute walk to downtown, with trails right out the door.

We wanted to be in Durango to see the town and get to know the surrounding area. Unit was close to town and very convenient. A must eatery is the College Street Cafe, we ate breakfast there 2 times!

The location was great, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Very clean and not far from Purgatory Ski Resort. I’d recommend this place - we had a fabulous time!

Comfortable small unit. As advertised
