Really convenient part of town to stay in. I agree with other reviews that a refresh of facilities might be worth considering but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

We had a really pleasant time at Toad Hall and Ludlow. The location was great for an easy walk to the central part of Ludlow including the train station - but was also a quiet retreat for down time. We enjoyed every room, the outdoor patio, and had access to kitchen utensils and cookery. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet. Anne and Susan were wonderful to work with!

Lovely cottage, plenty of room and garden was a huge plus given that the weather was so good! Great location, could walk in to town and get to river or castle in minutes so no need for the car which was great! Thank you

Toad Hall was a very comfortable place to stay, we both felt at home, the kitchen was well equipped including 2 bottle opener! All the room were well furnished and had everything we needed, the garden was beautiful and a lovely addition, to be able to sit in the conservatory and watch and hear the birds was a bonus. Location was spot on 2 minutes into the town or 1 minute to the nearest pub.

Delightful cottage with surprisingly spacious rooms and a wonderful garden. Location very very close to Ludlow centre and some good pubs. Parking was easy and well arranged prior to arrival. A definite gem and would like to stay again.

Great Cottage at the bottom of a short hill leading to Ludlow High St. Pubs, restaurants and shops and the castle are a 5-10 minute walk away. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a great stay; it was great having 3 bedrooms as our teenage boys did not have to share. Kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to stay in, plus there is a washer and dryer if you are staying longer. Only negative is the Wifi, it is OK in the front room but does not extend much beyond that. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in the Ludlow area.

Great property, clean and tidy, everything you could possibly need was provided, brilliant location for getting into town, just a short walk... beds really comfortable, lovely garden area to sit out and relax in. Easy parking, always a space available just yards from the property. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and chilled out place to stay... Loved Toad Hall, Thank you...

Good property great location

This is perfectly located for an amazing time in Ludlow which is a town that has lots to offer. Food in the area is exceptional as are the walks (thank you for the booklet) stairs aren’t toddler friendly. The only down star is the fact there’s a kid’s room up 2 scary stairs

We had a lovely time with our family at this lovely cottage. It had everything we needed and it is larger than we expected. It has a well equipped kitchen, perfect for catering for all the family. Close yo everything Luflow has to offer

Great location

Beautiful settling, gorgeous garden and vista of autumnal trees. Cosy living room and big kitchen. Could do with a bit of updating but it’s great value for money. The internet can be hit and miss.

The house was a great location to enjoy ludlow and the surrounds. We spent the weekend cycling locally. the lanes are quiet and the countryside lovely. Ludlow is a beautiful town and lots of places to have coffee and eat out. The house is close tot he centre and is very quiet. The parking was just outside.

Toad Hall is in a great location. The house was very clean and tidy and very well equipped. Contact in Ludlow was very good and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed a really relaxing holiday as a result.

Very comfortable stay here and no problems with parking nearby. One star dropped as no coffee/ tea etc. available which meant our first port of call was the supermarket.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The whole process from start to finish was really easy and straight forward. The house was just what we needed. Perfect location for Ludlow. And thanks to Anne for accommodation some things that we needed!

This property is quaint with some old fashioned furniture in keeping with the property yet more modern additions too. Loved the conservatory which gave light to the property and the garden which we were able to enjoy due to the good weather. Close to town centre so ideal for shopping and eating out. Ludlow is a superb market town steeped in history. Would highly recommend this property.

Excellent service

Comfortable, spacious house and garden ideally located only a short walk from Ludlow's town centre with castle, market and river nearby. Was able to park our car in the street outside using a permit provided by owner. Enjoyed both the town and Toad Hall.

Very nice

It was very clean and spacious. The dining room was a bit dark, but the rest of the house was light and airy. The garden was lovely ( despite the pouring rain ).

A comfortable cottage which is deceptively roomy and is excellently located for Ludlow town centre just a short walk away. The cottage is well equipped and a great place for a few days stay. The property appeared well managed in terms of arrangements needed for Covid19. We all enjoyed our stay. The manager responded quickly and helpfully to all our queries. One (minor) suggestion would be to improve pre-arrival information about how to access the key safe code and concerning car parking arrangements (the manager can provide a digital parking disc for the town centre area, including outside the cottage at no charge). We did have to ask the manager about these points and although she responded very quickly, we felt that greater clarity might be helpful for future clients.

Great place to stay for a few days. Nice walks, markets, shops and visit to the castle .
