We have been to Turquoise 4 times. We really like it. One thing is confusing to me - some people get free breakfast and some don't.

I have stayed at the Turquoise place many times but this condo took the cake! Beautifully decorated, so well taken care of. Will definitely go back!

Hot tub maintenance comes EVERY day (not twice a week like we were told in our contract) and will bang on the door over and over until you answer- not ideal when you have small children who nap.
Master tub jets did not work correctly. Master shower let water all over the bathroom floor.
TVs weren’t very user friendly and lacked choices.
Gas grill on patio only half worked.

We absolutely loved our stay at this unit. We have vacationed in OB for 7 years and this is by far the best property management company we have ever worked with. They don't skimp on the details, from good quality bedding to kitchen utensils, we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The Turquois has wonderful amenities and is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. We were so impressed with our stay and can't wait to work with Alabama Getaways again for our next trip!

Turquiose Place was amazing as always. But I do want to warn others to skip the mermaid photo shoot. They promise a 30 minute session but ours was only 10 minutes max. The photographs are not edited in any way. The girl doing the photos was rude. She did relied on my 3 year old to tell her what mermaid tail to wear and when she was done taking photos. When we asked to look at the tail options again to make sure we were picking the right one, the photographer said she only lets the child pick. The adults are paying the money for the shoot so I found this to be extremely rude. It was very rushed and no mermaid certificate was provided as advertised. They had "run out" of them but we were not told that up front.

The unit: We loved our stay. Everything was very nice, and we hope to come back and stay in this unit again. The beds were very comfortable. All of the TVs were smart connected so we could watch our favorite streaming service. They had cards and board games we enjoyed. We loved having the hot tub on the balcony. All of the kitchen appliances were top notch.
The property: Turquoise Place is incredible. We enjoyed all of the amenities and especially the beach. We had planned on getting out to eat and doing excursions, but we enjoyed the property so much we rarely left.

Beautiful condo, everything was very clean just like in the pictures.
We were not able to use the hot tub on the patio because of some disease which effected the entire building!
That was one of the reasons why we rented the condo. By the time we found out about it it was to late to get our money back.

Everything about this place is wonderful! Great location and very clean. From making the reservation to checking out, the process was very easy and everyone was very friendly. We can't wait to return!!

This condo was very accommodating. We will stay here again for sure. The couple of issues we did have were taken care of immediately. We had a great Thanksgiving!

Great place to stay. However, we reported many times the constant bang of hammers and running of saws in the Condo next to ours during the day. No one seemed to could do nothing about it. Very disappoints that such a beautiful place allowed this. This went on everyday we were there..

Condo was very nice. It was clean, stocked, and comfortable. Beds were comfy, main couch was great for our large group. Elevators were almost always quick with little wait time. Communication with host was good. Would recommend.

Used the hot tub at least once a day. Having a fully stocked kitchen and a grill on the deck allowed us to cook or meals for the first time on vacation. The master bed does squeek while rolling over. Beautiful views and a very clean room.
