The neighborhood was wonderful, we felt very safe. The rooms were as described. Hosts were available and accommodating to any questions we had. We will definately stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay. The driveway connects directly to the apartment, making it easy unload and load suitcases. The kitchen is very functional.

This property was so close to ETSU, and it was a perfect spot!! We were dropping our kid off for college and it was truly a base camp for the back and forth to campus! It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to so many things! Would definitely recommend for a small family!

I can't say enough about this Apt. and our Host "Jason" He was readily Available to answer any questions .We had everything we needed to feel right at Home . The place was very clean and well stocked . Also close to downtown . And when our food was delivered to him by mistake he brought it down to us even tho it was a little later in the Evening . Easy access and lights were left on for us when we let him know we were going to be in after Dark . Very welcoming and Great Southern Hospitality !!! If you want a great place to stay I highly Reccomend this Place !!!! you won't regret it !!! This will For Sure be our Home away from Home next time we are in Johnson City if it's Available

Picture perfect....very clean & owner answered all our question immediately. We will definitely like to stay here again if we make it back to Johnson City. Grocery stores, restaurants, mall & other shops very convenient & close. Great place to stay.

This is the perfect place to stay if your visiting Johnson City! The host Jason was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed and the house was stocked very well with anything we could have needed. I love all the decor and the area was some cozy and homey feeling! It was so awesome to have our own driveway - and we could not have been located any better to get to everything if we tried! Next time we are in Johnson City we will absolutely look forward to staying here again.

We both slept good. Nice to have supplies to cook & do some laundry. I sleep in a recliner and it was comfortable. I wasn't used to streaming on the TV but my wife figured it out. Would stay there again if we come back to Johnson City Tennessee.

We will absolutely stay here again. The host was a prompt and clear communicator and was extremely accommodating. The property has all the comforts of home, and the host is graciously open to suggestions. The property is situated in a central location and we had no problem getting around.

The apartment was a perfect place for our home base in Johnson City. It is spacious and was immaculate upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and the two bedrooms are separate and private from each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals. The location is central to downtown and the university. We had no issues during our stay but Jason was very accessible and offered to help in any way. This will be our #1 spot to land if visiting the area again!

This is the second time I have stayed here and certainly won’t be the last. It is very comfortable and cozy and has everything you would need and is nicely decorated. I love that is centrally located to everywhere I needed to go. I love the full kitchen so that I may cook my daughter’s favorite things while I’m visiting her at college.

The property was perfect for our stay. The rental had everything we needed, plenty of extra blankets and towels and comfy amenities. It was a really convenient location for staying in the Johnson City area. And Jason was a great host. He communicated quickly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. A+!

We were so pleased to find this place! We were in town to move my daughter into college, and this was a great base as the location was perfect to everything. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. It is very cute and cozy, but at the same time quite spacious. The apartment is very well stocked with everything you would need as if you were in your own home. I loved the keyless entry. It was so simple, and I didn't need to worry if I lost the key. The beds were so comfortable. Even my daughter commented after the first night how comfortable her bed was. What I appreciated most is Jason (the owner). He answered every question in a matter of minutes and resolved anything we needed. I messaged him when we got into town that I was having issues with the VRBO app and couldn't access the instructions. He called me immediately and helped come up with a solution to get me the directions/instructions. He was the best! I will definitely stay again when I go visit my daughter at school. I would highly recommend this property.
