We really appreciated that the staff allowed us to take a shower after we've already checked out.

We only stayed one night here but room was lovely and modern. Really comfy bed. Overall nice place

Spacious and comfortable room and bed. Modern facilities. Really nice rooftop with a free pool table. Good views of the city. Cheap laundry service. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some parts of the hotel smelt of cigarettes. Our first room really smelt of smoke but luckily the hotel allowed us to change rooms. It says no smoking but some guests must do it in their rooms anyway. 10/15 minute walk to find nice places to eat. Shower has no curtain so bathroom would get wet. No mugs provided for making tea or coffee. Some of the lightbulbs didn't work.

The bed was something out of a torture chamber!! It wasn’t a mattress but a BOX SPRING! Completely unacceptable

The room and everywhere is clean. However, the urine smell is full of the toilet, probably because the urine would come out from the edge of the flush toilet. We tried to wash the floor everyday. The floor would left a long yellow line across the entire bathroom after the water evaporation. Then on the 4th day, we finally decided to call the front desk. They proposed changed the room immediately, so we had good stay afterwards.

The property located 5 minutes walk from Olympia Mall, very convenience to travel around the famous destinations.

The room soundproof should be improve, stay at 9th floor still heard the sound from outside.

we booked it mostly for the rooftop view. it was worth it

Beware, the staff may try to take your deposit for very small problems.
