La posizione e’ perfetta, con una breve camminata si raggiunge l’acropoli. Nei dintorni negozi e ristoranti. La metro e’ a 5 minuti.
L’accoglienza e’ stata ottimale, la casa pulitissima e dotata di ogni comodità. La consigliamo sicuramente!

La localización es excelente, cerca a la Acrópolis, Plaka, el Metro y el Tran.
El apartamento bien dotado y amoblado. Buen baño y excelente atención.
El sofá requiere un aseo. Un detalle nada más.

Die Wohnung ist nicht nur super stylish eingerichtet, sondern dazu auch noch besonders effizient. In der Küche gibt es wirklich alles, was man benötigt, um eventuell zu kochen. Im Badezimmer findet man Flüssigseife, Bodylotion, Shampoo, dazu 4 große Duschtücher, 4 Handtücher und Frotteeslipper - diese Ausstattung darf man nicht mal von einem Mittelklassehotel erwarten. Der Balkon inmitten der Orangenbäume ist natürlich das Sahnehäubchen. Auch das Schlafzimmer ist top: harte Matratze, 2 Polster pro Person, sogar ein faltbarer Kofferständer ist vorhanden. Alles sehr hochwertig und mit Verstand und Herz ausgewählt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Bei Ankunft erwartete uns der Hausherr persönlich. Für das Frühstück am nächsten Tag waren alle Zutaten in der Küche.
Die große Überraschung stand am 3.Tag auf dem Tisch: ein sehr guter Kuchen.
Die Betreuung und der Service waren erstaunlich.
Nochmal ein besonderer Dank an LEONID unseren Hausherr.

The owner and staff were very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and check out late. The milk, water and fruit was so welcome . They even did our washing free of charge.

The apartment is super tasteful and comfortable, just like home. Had drinks on the balcony. In a real neighbourhood with great restaurants and lots of grocery stores. A short walk to all the sites. Nice towels and bathroom. Best part was lots of fruit, juice, water, coffee and more there when we arrived. It is much nicer than the photos. We would definitely stay again and recommend!

Spotlessly clean. Everything worked as it should. Quiet area of Athens but just a short walk from the Acropolis and many wonderful restaurants.

Renovated apartment, close to city center. Breakfast provided by the host. On your fridge cheese, ham, salami, milk, bread, butter, orange juice.... Plus cereals and jam.

the apartment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. the location is absolutely fantastic for central Athens with a short walk or tram ride to all major attractions. the staff was lovely and very helpful. the food left for Ilya in the fridge was a nice touch.

We loved our spacious apartment. Location is very good, walking distance to many sites.
Also, the breakfast was good, it was waiting for us in the fridge. The host is very kind and helpful.
We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was as expected and nice. Some fresh food was available in the fridge as breakfast. Good location - 10 mins to Acropolis. Owner helped with the taxi.

Excellent location and accommodation. You cannot find decent and good accommodation like this in this money. You get a whole flat with everything inside. The breakfast was amazing, We had everything for three days. Air condition is a plus.

spacious & comfortable apartment, walking distance of a tour office that we used for a day trip to Delphi. The breakfast provided was more than enough for the 2 of us and a good variety, especially appreciated the fresh fruit. Bed was just right for us, slept great!
The only thing was the toaster flipped all the power breakers when we plugged it in, but it was hot enough that having untoasted bread wasn't a hardship.

Everything was perfect, very clean and comfortable, close to the metro and tram station, close to the city center. Next time I will stay in this apartment for sure.

Excellent location and a very helpful and friendly property owner. Helped with taxi booking and pick ups. He had kept some snacks and fruit in the house so that we did not have to go out shopping as soon as we arrived. House is well furnished and walking distance from all the main attractions of Athens. We enjoyed our stay!
