The apartment is new, nice and very clean. The location is just perfect, in the heart of lovely Orvieto. There were some fruits and juices prepared for us, what is a very nice gesture.

Tiny things: shower is quite small and the fragrance from some air freshener (?) (couldn't find it) is too strong. But these are really small details.

Location very central,close to Duomo, you just walk to all point of interest

our host met us as we arrived and was very helpful had a brochure in English giving us recommendations for restaurants which was great. the location is amazing and the apartment has been beautifully renovated also we were given a lovely bottle of wine and fruit

This is a very good rental that ticks all of the important boxes for us. Quiet, yet in a great location for restaurants and sites. There is a Pam grocery store next door and a good Patisserie. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Top 3 beds in a 6 week vacation. The kitchen was functional with several items left in the fridge for our use, including fruit. The host doesn't speak English and we don't speak Italian, however, he is proficient with google translate and has a great attitude and good sense of humour. He provides a nice pamphlet he had made up for his English speaking guests with helpful info. We parked temporarily within 200 meters of the apartment for 1 euro per hour to off load our luggage and moved to another parking lot a 10-12 minute walk away for 1 euro for 24 hours. Nice touches in the unit and it was clean. Great stay.

Comfortable and a great location! We wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully designed and decorated apartment right in town. Minutes to all the sites in Orvieto. Ground level, so no stairs to climb. The owner was very friendly. He doesn’t speak English but it worked out fine with my bad Italian and google translate. Don’t hesitate to book, it’s a great choice!

Charming little apartment right in the center of town. All the amenities were in exceptional condition. We loved it.

The care of the details (furniture, appliances, style) is simply amazing. You’ll feel good, comfy and pampered. And the landlord is so careful and welcoming, ready to help and very nice.
