We came to San Diego for our son's graduation. Home was in great location, clean and well appointed. So nice to have full bathrooms for every room . Close to beach and restaurants. Check in/out was easy and company was easy to work with. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect home! Clean and accommodating!!

The house was lovely and more than adequate for our group of eight women friends in our 70's. I have one complaint and one suggestion. The bathroom off the queen bed room obviously had not been properly cleaned as there were numerous long, black hairs on the floor. No one in our group has long hair. Also, a suggestion for older folds like us - it would be nice to have grab bars of some sort in the bathtub/shower combo. Getting in and out gets harder as we get older. Other than that, the house was clean, well equipped and very enjoyable.

Perfect location for our daughter's wedding on the coast of La Jolla. Loved the walking distance to the beach. Great coffee and restaurants close by! Loved the house. Perfect size for our family

Plenty of room in this 5 bedroom home. Top level is pretty cool with two balcony’s and a peloton bike. Overall new and clean - however the oven hadn’t been cleaned and was very surprised to find a live roach in the water reservoir of the coffee maker. Other than a slightly dirty oven and a surprise guest in the coffee maker the stay was great and the home pretty much how it was described. Thx

We stayed at this home with all 9 of our senior family members. Everyone loved the home. It is well appointed and stocked. We really liked the 5 bathrooms! It was a rainy week but plenty of room for indoor activities and meals. Nice location

The house itself is not only beautiful, but there has been a great deal of care put into what a family will need for a week. There are five bedrooms, four of which have their own baths. The kitchen is great, with new Viking appliances and almost anything you need for cooking breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Silverware, plates and glasses, and cooking utensils are plentiful. The garage is huge and two large vans easily fit. In the garage there are beach toys for the kids. The back of the house has a large patio with a big table and some other chairs. There is also a gas BBQ. Outdoor space includes rooftop deck, backyard eating area, and a patio in front with a propane fire pit. You can walk to the beach and restaurants, and everything was less than a 25-minute drive. That includes the zoo, downtown, the Midway, Coronado, the fabulous parks, and restaurants. This house is set up for the ideal one-week or more family stay. There is a huge washer and dryer, many towels, and it cleans up easily. If you choose this property, you will enjoy it no matter how many you have in your party!

Just finished up 5 nights and we loved this house. It met all our needs and then some. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fantastic that has high end appliances and everything we needed for cooking. House was very clean and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean, perfect for hosting a large family that requires privacy and together time. There are several seating areas, places to eat and spend time together. There is a bathroom attached to four of the rooms with an additional full bath on the first floor for the king suite next to the kitchen. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Quiet neighborhood, clean house, 3 outdoor spaces, great kitchen, and comfortable rooms made this home a place you would want to return to. The property management company could improve their response time to phone calls for assistance as well as having someone answer the phone during business hours instead of having to leave messages.

The house comfortably fit our extended family of 11. Being so close to the beach was also awesome!

Our family enjoyed all levels of the house and the close walk to the beach. The beach toys and wagon were very much appreciated. Three suggestions for improvement would be: 1. An electric griddle for cooking would be very helpful for pancakes and other large meals. 2. Two more kitchen wash cloths could have been useful for washing counters and tables. 3. There was not a broom for the kitchen/living room area. We had to bring the vacuum down from the second floor just to sweep the sand up off the kitchen floor.

Great location for our family getaway to San Diego. This house has it all starting with an amazing kitchen, great outdoor spaces, close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Beds and bathrooms were ideal for our group of 10. Highly recommend.

Stayed at location end of June for 5 days. Beautiful home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The home is well furnished and very comfortable. However, we couldn’t find measuring spoons and the AC was difficult to figure out for those who stayed on the top floor. Other than that great house and very nice people to work with. The garage was big enough for a suburban and a sedan. Also it was nice to have a beach wagon to get things to the beach which is about half mile away. There are boogie boards and beach chairs to use. Walking to the beach was not difficult and there was a cross walk to get across the busy road to the beach. About half mile to shops and restaurants. The home was close to down town San Diego. All in all enjoyed our stay and had a great time. In future I will look for sometime closer to the beach if possible.

This was a return visit because everyone in my family loves this house. Great location, well supplied with beach toys, and the most comfy beds for everyone. And this visit I especially appreciated the fact that when it's time to go you just collect all your things and leave. No stripping beds, no cleaning the kitchen, no going around collecting trash. My experience has been that the last morning was taken up with straightening up. Here we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast right up until time to go. Perfect!

Super nice house as all 8 adults had their own room and 5th room for 4 grandaughters. It was perfect.

Our family had a nice vacation together at this beautiful property. It was great having the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms.

This place was amazing. Our 4 adult sons and their wives joined us for a 40th wedding anniversary trip. Four of the couples had their own bedroom with private attached bath and the king first floor bedroom had a full bath just down the hall. The outdoor sitting areas were perfect and the house was equipped with anything you might need. The place is conveniently located to major attractions. We ate out twice a day and never had a bad meal in any of the San Diego eating establishments. The house is EXACTLY as depicted in the VRBO posting and pictures. I would recommend this place to anyone with a large group.

a group of 8 women who have been friends since childhood who take an annual trip reserved this property in early may 2023 . This was one of our best trips ever!. Location of the property to beaches, restaurants, groceries, etc. was wonderful. The area was charming and we felt very safe walking alone or in a group in the neighborhood. The property is amazing and everything was in good order with no need to speak to the property management company during our stay. Access codes were sent as promised and check out procedures easy to comply with. The property itself was beautiful with the ability to watch nightly sunsets from the top patio. Would highly recommend!!

We had an absolute blast at this gorgeous home!! Unfortunately weather was definitely not in our favor, but thankfully we had plenty of space to play lots of games and make lots of memories with our family and friends. We highly recommend this property.

Great property for our family. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals and nice large table to seat everyone. Enjoyed sound system while playing games. Walked to several coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Being able to walk to the beach was a big plus. Highly recommend this property.

This is our second time staying at this house and it was just as amazing as the first time. It's very clean and has all of the amenities. Our family of 12 fits perfectly and we have a wonderful time. A bathroom in every room is definitely a plus - especially with kids. It has such easy access to the beach and everywhere else in Pacific Beach that we park our cars once and don't move them until we leave. It is beautifully decorated - we just enjoy hanging out. Thank you for providing the backdrop for a great family vacation!

We had two families (10 adults) and stayed very comfortably in this place. Great spaces for family time and multiple patios with views, sun, breeze for some quiet time. Everything in this place is high end quality and was clean. Easy walk to the beach and just a few minutes in the car or bikes to La Jolla, PB, Mission Beach and Mission Bay. Loved it and plan to be back.

We usually take our family of 14 to orange county beaches but decided to try San Diego this year. The house was amazing! Very clean… A gourmet kitchen… Each bedroom a sleeping area had its own bathroom! There were plenty of boogie boards and even a wagon to get to the beach. It is two blocks from Tourmaline beach however those blocks are long and cross very busy streets without stoplights FYI

Our family joined up for an annual gathering. This house was perfect. All the appliances were great and the house can be opened up for a wonderful ocean breeze. The fireworks (July 3-4) were spectacular from the third floor deck.

This is a wonderful house in a great location. It was spotlessly clean and fresh, the kitchen was very well supplied, even the knives were super sharp! The layout was very family friendly, and with the patios and balconies, the house feels very large. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach towels, mini-bar on top floor, blow dryers in every room. Management company was responsive and great at follow-up.
