This property was so wonderful! It was right on the beach. The condo was so nice and furnished with so many helpful things for a stay. The beds were very comfortable! The hosts were so great about responding promptly and giving lots of detailed information. I will definitely be staying here in the future!

We had a wonderful time at BF 405. The property was very clean and had numerous amenities above what was listed. The host is very responsive and even contacted us about potential bad weather. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great condo, great location, great hosts! They even had all beach equipment you might need available for use- chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, boogie boards. Sure makes packing and traveling much lighter! Loved having a restaurant, convenient shop and ice cream shop in walking distance but not located in the very busy crowded area of town. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the host, cleanliness, and property organization is as good as you will find on VRBO! Property has everything you need for a great stay in Gulf Shores. Conveniently located on the beach and close to all the popular Gulf Shore spots. Will definitely stay again!

This property was exactly what I was looking for! So tired of the massive condos down there. We were right on the beach and it was decorated perfectly and had everything we could need and more. Cozy little condo right on the beach. Easy parking. It is a short 1.5-3 miles from all the action. Owner was very communicative and accommodating.

We stayed here last year too - had so much fun then we rebooked for this year right away! Home is just as described - cute, warm, well supplied. Just steps from the beach and beautiful sunsets. Easy street or beach walk to the busier downtown area and the Hang Out. Easy drive to Fort Morgan, Dauphine island ferry, Gulf Shores State park with great hikes and bike rides (and gators). Short drive to Perdido beach hikes too. So many great memories made thanks to this perfect home in the perfect location.

Will and Kaylyn have furnished their home with everything you could ever need WITHOUT overcrowding your guest space. Decorated beautifully, not a sterile (we are only here to make a $) beach home. The property was exactly as listed online. Our communication with the owner was excellent, she was prompt to respond and extremely helpful. The only disappointment we had was we were thinking we would have a balcony overlooking the ocean! The beach was very accessible and we had a great time! They only things I can come up with that could be improved, was having a 4th chair at the table, it was difficult to play games & have Christmas dinner together!. The other thing was to perhaps have a motion light in the pantry, as it was quite dark and difficult to find what was there. All in all it was a great place to stay and Kaylyn made it even greater!

Great location just steps from the pristine beach of gulf shores. Close to shopping and dining and the gulf shores state park. Visited Fort Morgan Pier and Bayou nature preserve also. Condo is clean, beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed to cook a few meals in the lovely kitchen. The owner is wonderful to correspond with. This is our second time staying at this condo because we loved it so much! A nice escape from cold in Indy. Beach is beautiful here, sunsets are spectacular and it’s quiet in December.

Our apartment was very clean and comfortable with great decor. With two days of bad weather we ended up inside and just hung out and relaxed. Once the sun came out we enjoyed the sand and beach within a few steps of our door. Great experience for us all!

The property is beautiful. The location is perfect. The condo is very comfortable, and in terms of cleanliness, it’s off the charts. I was not able to spend the time I wanted on the beach due to it being closed for a few days to pump additional sand, but it needed to be done. I was able to spend a couple of days in the sun and I have never been so happy to be sunburned. The host really deserves a higher score than 5. She went above and beyond to make this the best vacation ever because she understood what I was looking for. This is not just about making money for her, it’s about giving guests something to look forward to with sincerity. I would like to make this a yearly thing.

Clean, comfy and such a perfect location! Not too far away from the main areas of Gulf Shores but just far enough away from the busy areas that looked like they could be a little louder, was perfect for the wife and I as we were looking forward to a week of rest after a busy few months leading up to our vacation. Kaylyn’s Beachfront Manor was exactly what we wanted and with it being our first time in Gulf Shores, it was definitely a pleasant one! Kaylyn is one of the best hosts we’ve had in our travels and with the litany of other rental companies in the area, it was very nice having her personal touch through the process which felt like family VS just a business transaction ☺️ Kaylyn offered a bunch of their local favorites and we explored almost all of them, and they did not disappoint! As for the rental, it was just as described and was a super comfortable, well stocked home away from home for our week on the beach. We slept in every day with no noise from any partying and it was nice having such a beautiful piece of the Gulf just steps away! Thanks again Kaylyn for hosting us and we look forward to returning already!

My husband and I couldn’t find one bad thing. Kaylyn was wonderful she genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay,and who couldn’t!! At first site you can see how clean&well thought out everything is, super cute beach vibe⛱️ would definitely come back ( fall/winter) 🥵

From the minute an inquiry was made about the condo to just before checking out, Kaylyn was the ultimate host! Communication was so open and on point that there were literally no questions to ask. The condo itself is immaculate and so preciously beach themed decorated. You are furnished with everything you could possibly need - and then some. The organization of the kitchen is superb. Parking is so convenient, right beside the stairs going up. The beach….it only takes 2 minutes to reach the shoreline where you put your chair down to relax on what, for us, was a very non-crowded beach with just about the friendliest folk we’ve ever encountered. The actually shoreline was beautiful, with a huge curve flowing out into a sandbar. It was lovely! I feel like I can’t even accurately express what a fantastic time we had. We will be back. Over and over again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at #405 condo Kaylyn’s property., it had everything you need. It is extremely well kept, clean and organized. The walk-in shower was very nice. All the appliances were like new. Beds are foam mattresses, which were very comfortable. Plenty of extra's, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, sand toys etc.... We will be back, loved the condo, and right on the beach. Oh... and the WAVE, a grocery store and more is one block away, also a bar and restaurant located there as well.

Great place to stay! Loved the easy access to beach. Mom liked the well stocked kitchen.

This place had everything we needed and an accommodating host to boot.

The overall stay was fantastic. The property was super clean and kaylyn gave us immediate answers to my questions. Very close to the beach. I had to make numerous trips back and forth having little children and it was never a problem. Close to a small grocery store called waves. I could walk to and get ice drinks etc if needed. It was a great family experience. We will be back.

This property was perfect and packed with all the necessities!! Right on the sand. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The only downfall was there is no elevator. We knew this from the listing-so it wasn’t an issue for us, but if you need an elevator, this is not the place for you. We will be booking this condo again in the future!
