The property was exactly as described. Clean and close to all attractions. Nicely stocked and quiet. Loved sitting outside in the morning and watching the wildlife out back. We saw turtles and birds. We enjoyed the pool after spending the day at the parks. Property managers were responsive and helpful.

The house is fine… That’s the issue, it was just OK. Communication with the host was ok, not great. I see so many areas that could be improved. First at booking I asked for pool heat, that was confirmed. After getting to the house and checking on the pool I found that no heat had been turned on but was told they would that day sometime. They never came to do it. I had to send another email (no phone numbers given to guest) saying no one ever came and to please issue a refund. The first night I stayed in the house a lamp fell in one of the upstairs master bedrooms. The lamp was on a TV tray not an actual nightstand. The tray collapsed and fell and so did the lamp. They over charged me for a lamp on a horrible stand. I am a host with 5 properties and this just did not feel right. I was traveling for work with 1 other person and barely used the house. There is a big pond right next to the property, be careful there were 2 alligators in it, and one day when leaving we had a snake go right over our feet. Overall, the house is just ok, served our purpose.

The stay was very enjoyable. There are plenty of sidewalks for walking, and the gated community offered a feeling of security. The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed for our 4-week stay. The community pool was a bonus, as we did not pay for heating the house pool. It was very quiet in the neighborhood. There was a very minor repair issue needed, and the host was very responsive, resolving it in less than 1 hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful very well maintained house. Everything was high quality, clean and our stay was completely catered for. We had no need to get in touch with anybody during our visit but before and at the end they were highly responsive. I highly recommend this property for your Orlando experience.

Well appointed home felt like home quickly during our 8 day stay. Clean, great pool, responsive hosts and convenient shopping if you need to pick anything up. Could easily stay here again.

We came down with another family for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The house was perfect. So much nicer than spending time in a hotel room. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was lovely and we would definitely recommend. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the management company. The location is close enough to anything needed. One recommendation would be to have playing cards or maybe a puzzle or game or something at the house for guests. There was nothing like that in the house, which is sometimes nice to have around on a quiet evening. Other than that, everything was great and we would love to come back one day. As a family we travel to Orlando regularly and without a doubt this was one of our favourite places we have stayed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but a couple of minutes to the main roads with plenty of restaraunts and shops. Access to the Disney parks is all possible without going on the I4 so we didn't sit in traffic once. The house is also in a great corner plot with a view of the pond and not really overlook by anyone which can often be an issue with the way houses are often built in Orlando. We would happily stay here again.

This was an excellent property in a quiet, gated community within easy travelling distance to the Disney Parks and other attractions. Communication with the Management Company was excellent and the only minor problem we had, a battery required for the front door, was dealt with efficiently and quickly. We really enjoyed our month in Santosh Cove and would recommend the property highly.

We had the best time staying at this property! The pool was amazing and we loved the views of the pond and the wildlife we got to see. The house was so clean and very close to restaurants, shopping and Disney. We would definitely come back here again. The owners were great at answering my questions too!

We loved staying here. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. Plenty of room for 6 of us. We enjoyed the pool each night after busy park days. We picked this house because of the location in the resort. Even during the craziness of spring break, we felt like it was our own little paradise - quiet and secluded. Check in was easy even with an after midnight arrival. Owner was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again.

This place has everything you need at the very least. Rooms are spacious, well decorated, well lit and most of all clean. We came as a family of 5 with 3 kids under 10. Kids loved the pool most of all. We requested for pool heating but didn’t really need it unless maybe you want to swim early morning or late at night. We had a really wonderful time!

The house was great. We spent a week here for a family trip to Orlando. Great location that was close to Disney (20min), Universal (30 min), Target and Publix. The house offers a lot of privacy because there is only one house to the left. It's nice having the small lake in the back. We didn't spend much time there, but there is a nice pool and fitness center in the development too.

Unfortunately for my family and I, booking this property was a huge mistake. After reading all the positive reviews, I thought this would be a great last minute vacation home for our kids and 77 year old mother. For simplification, I’ll just make a list: Large stain on rug as soon as you enter the property Baseboards were extremely dirty The floors were dirty Missing blinds so no way to prevent anyone from seeing in the home Broken curtain rod Disgusting/dirty coffee mugs left on the counter Washing machine was very dirty and dryer trap full Large stain on 2nd suite quilt Marijuana cigarette left on the table in the garage which was found by my 10 year old And much more… We always bring our own cleaning supplies in case we need to get some things in order but this was terrible. We literally had to clean this home completely and sleep on our own linens. The home had obviously not been cleaned. We took plenty of pictures and sent them. No one offered to have the cleaning crew come and properly clean the home. We were only offered $113 refund for the pool heating. Ridiculous. We left early as this was all unacceptable and filed a complaint with Vrbo. By the decor, it appears the home used to be very nice and it still has potential but it requires regular care and cleaning. I do not believe the property management service and cleaning crew are doing their job whatsoever.

Highly recommended this house. Very clean and layout of house was brilliant. Definitely renting again. Everything was amazing.

We were down in Florida for lacrosse tournaments and the house was the perfect location. It has easy access to highways, close proximity to restaurants and stores to stock up for the week. The community was lovely with a great fitness center and a large pool. Being the last house on the corner and having a pond behind us, the house was also very quiet, much appreciated for elderly grandparents and kids that had to get up at the crack of dawn to get to the field. The pool was a delight to return to after a long day, water was the perfect temperature to relax and enjoy.

We were in town for a paintball event, location was conveniently located, enjoyed entertainment at the old town area

Brought our son, his wife, their daughters, ages 4 and 10 to visit Disney and nearby area. This home was spotless. Beautiful private pool. Minor concerns were addressed quickly. Community area well taken care of.

We have rented 4 times through VRBO. All were good with one exception. But Veranda Palms has been by far the best rental so far. The house was very clean and everything worked. The air conditioning was more than adequate for the time of our stay and the pool was always warm. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool and workout facilities at the community's center are well maintained.The house is an end unit which provided for a little extra privacy and even more nature views. The only two things that some people may have a problem with is the fact that the house was directly under a flight path for a small regional airport. We actually enjoyed watching the planes landing and the landings occurred mostly during the afternoon so it was not a problem sleeping. The televisions were ROKU TV s and it was a system that we really are not familiar with. We did manage to get to Netflix and use our subscription to watch shows there. All in all a tremendous stay at a reasonable price.
