It was a lovely home away from home. It had everything required for a comfortable stay and you can tell the host put a lot of thought in the preparation for her guests.

WiFi did not work . Parking space is very tricky to get into if you have a big car . Should be noted before booking etc .

Excellent location, great bathrooms and good kitchen facilities with lots of things provided eg dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, bin bags etc. Secure parking.

One of the single beds had broken slats and one of the patio door locks didn't work so we couldn't use it.

Lovely, clean, modern apartment, exactly as advertised. Whole building had a brief issue with hot water and this was rectified quickly and efficiently with good communication.

Not a criticism but hand held shower attachments and hand towels in both bathrooms would have been useful.

Beautiful apartment

Sleek, modern, clean and tidy. Everything you need in the kitchen and, there's a washing machine. Don't know how the heating works but it was amazing!! ( Given we stayed in late October). On site parking is a bonus. Loads of pubs and restaurants within walking distance

We'd kind of assumed Apartment 7 was sea facing as per the picture but it is north facing, overlooking a carpark. Maybe that was mentioned somewhere but we overlooked it if so. Telly is basically Freeview (not an issue but there's no other box to mention that!) But you can log into Netflix. Carpark space would be tight for a large car.

Large spacious modern apartment with everything needed to live. Large balcony. Secure parking. Great location between Fistral beach and Newquay.

No hand towels for anyone, no spare toilet roll, and no toiletries or soap in ensuite bathroom. Mattresses need updating as old and thin. The carpark is to small for a medium to large car ... especially if other carpark spaces are taken as there is no room to manoeuvre. The photos on the booking website are misleading showing the south facing front of building with golf course and sea views, but the apartment is at the rear with no sea view (apart from a tiny gap). Some mould in bathroom.

Excellent location - walking distance to the beach. Apartment was amazing and beds very comfortable. Shower room downstairs was really useful coming back from the beach.

Underground car parking space was pretty tight for an SUV (but great to have free parking).

Location was brilliant, being so close to the beach and everything we needed.

Perhaps the price is a little steep, compared to similar places that we have stayed in Newquay.

Layout and cleanliness was excellent. Good access to the nearby beach and decent balcony. Good bathrooms and kitchen.

TV was basic terrestrial & Netflix with no DVD player. The common areas were a little unkempt and the parking space was difficult to navigate.

the bed was difficult to make. not keen on feathers, pillows not very comfy, couldnt open the balcony door from the lounge lock rusted i presume. only one pot towel, had to buy some. nice apartment but for the money i paid i expected a generally better standard.

Everything! The apartment was fabulous, such good value for money. The facilities were great, everything was so clean and the location was perfect.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The weather!!

Good location, light roomy apartment.

Main problem was poor heating in the living room which couldn't cope with the cold weather so remained cool (about 17-18 degrees C) despite raising the thermostat as described in the property guide. Additionally the apartment is looking a little tired, marks on walls and badly scratched doors and floor. The catch on the main bedroom door is broken so could not be closed properly. Although listed as a beachfront property this apartment is at the back of the block so the view shown in the photos can only be seen when exiting the block of apartments at the front. The actual view from the apartment is a grassy bank and other apartments air con/heat exchanger units.

Location was great. Close to beach and shops all walkable.

Perhaps some basics in the fridge on arrival but there were shops nearby.

Location excellent and properly well appointed and clean throughout. thoroughly impressed and will definitely look to use again.

Forgetting the code to get in. Neighbour was a hero
