for me ? easy and convenient! older property but was acceptable! a little worn but close to everything I needed to be! Would recommend over a hotel

dated & slightly worn

The apartment was VERY clean upon arrival. The internet and TV were nice. All appliances worked well. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. The pool itself was very nice. Easy communication with guest contact. Nice location. Patio was a great plus.

The area around the pool could use some cleaning up. Pieces of pool noodles were laying around, a pair of little kids underwear and a pair of socks laid near the pool all week. The grounds could use some cleaning and landscaping would help the atmosphere of the apartment. The bathroom was small, the toilet was wobbly and the accordion door was less than ideal for privacy. More seating in living room would be nice.

Pool and location!

Roaches, lots of roaches, an exterminator had to be called. Bathroom and rugs were disgusting. Bathroom lights almost all burnt out. Wash machine didn't work properly. Floors were nasty, turned feet or socks black without wearing shoes. Dining table top not attached to base. Our son almost tipped it off. Musty smell when we arrived. Dishes left in dishwasher and towels left in dryer when we arrived. Just dirty, dilapidated, and not at all worth what we paid for our stay.
