The floors in the room were so cute and it was right off the beach. The people were so nice and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Our room didn’t get cleaned the full 3 days we were there, we didn’t get fresh towels, not enough toilet paper, we had to go to the front desk to ask. We had 4 people and they left 3 towels upon arrival. There was dead and alive roaches, staff was not friendly, no ice in the ice machines, we got 1 room key and every night it wouldn’t work, and the pool was broken. this should have been told upon booking! Not a family friendly experience.

The room upgrades in the living area were very nice however the bathroom left a lot to be desired.

The bathroom! The shower was just plain dirty, shower floor was black, shower curtain was dirty , rusted shower curtain rod , the whole bathroom was dirty and looked like they totally forgot it when upgrading the room.

The location on the bay. Good for small kids to wade. Older motel but very clean. Waffles were best i ever had. Afforable. Good deal.

The breakfast was ok. They need to offer grits They are cheap also. The biscuits were not good at all need to buy another brand. Coffee was good. WAFFLES WERE EXCELLENT.

it was close to the beach

The pictures of the room we booked looked nothing like the actual room. The bathroom was incredibly small compared to the pictures. Everything was dirty: the floor, the bedding, the side tables, the desk, the tv stand, EVERYTHING. Unfortunately we didn’t notice until after taking a nap in the bed how many stains and spots were all over the bedding (some we could scrape off and some were actual stains. And to top it off we had to kill a couple of roaches in our room after seeing them around our stuff that was sitting on the floor.

There is a serious roach problem. I killed 3 the first night and 4 the second night. The room floor was sticky and I had to wear shoes to walk on it. Also had a smell of urine to it. It was coming from the floor. I got down and smelled areas of the floor and there was always a faint urine smell.

The first night the lights at the pool came on. The next night the lights did not come on. When we asked the staff member at the desk why the lights at the pool were not on she, with an attitude, stated that the lights at the pool do not come on at night......strange.

The staff was fantastic. We were given a room upgrade with a view when we checked in. The location was also ideal for our plans.

The location not far from Destin

There was bed bugs on the bed, roaches in the restroom, used tampons in the restroom, very dirty sheets obviously not washed, the floors have never been mopped, very loud people and weird people talking and arguing all night and selling drugs. The same of weed through the whole building at all times. The counters don’t ever get whipped down. Overall very very nasty but yes, you get what you pay for. It was the cheapest hotel we found near Destin. Never again.

Rooms were clean spacious and AC worked great. The front desk staff were so nice and the hot breakfast was a nice touch. Hotel felt safe and price was unbeatable

I do wish the hotel had a gym. It also seemed like parts of the hotel may be under renovation but that didn’t bother our group at all.
