staff wasn’t very kind no refrigerator in room

Location was okay, was close to destin and was able to enjoy without the crowds

Room was unsatisfactory, no ironing board, only trash can was in the bathroom, you have to demand cleaning and towels because they only clean your room upon request. The spa was down and the water in the pool looked dirty. The sliding doors for the closet was off track and damaged.

The location was there, and the property looks good from the outside and the inside until I got to my room.

I booked at this location because they had a Jacuzzi and I just had spine surgery and I thought while I was there that night I can utilize the Jacuzzi, unfortunately they didn't have the chemical balance, correct so the pool and Jacuzzi were closed. Very disappointing ! I wish I would've known. I would have gone to property closer to the base where I was going to go. See my son. housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the rooms thoroughly . The TV had a black line up in the middle. The drain in the tub did not drain well at all overall, my room was moved to the fourth floor because of the allergic reaction from the dust ! and I don't like to complain but I use to inspect rooms in a five diamond resort so I know what I'm talking about.

The toilet in our room did not work couldnt be fixed until maintenance came and we could not shower unless we used the bathroom in the lobby which was disgusting

The staff was nice. The room was ok.

The distance to where I was going was NOT 750 feet..was supposed to be the closest to the venue...it was over a mile...not sure if that information was a booking.com error? There was a dirty towel in the sitting area, and a few pieces of popcorn on the counter. Otherwise, it was ok.

To much activity in the parking lot. Didn't feel safe when outside. Couldn't really say that was a breakfast. We went on down the street and paid for breakfast.
