I like the sea view from the unit. I do not need to go to the beach to watch the sun rise

The location, the host, the services and facilities were great. all the guidelines prepared by the host was really helpful and detailed. love the sea front and pool scenery from the balcony. shampoo and body wash was prepared. love! easy to find food nearby.

nothing much on the rest but I think the cleanliness bit can be better improved. had a feeling like the carpets or floor was not cleaned/vacuumed/mopped. there were also dusts collecting on the shelves. would be an issue in the future if its not carefully maintained. but other than that, all great.

Came at 330 PM to check in but room was not ready. Room ready close to 350pm. Guy cleaning was rushing to clean because I was already there, so room was not 100% clean.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city.The unit is well maintained. The food around was good.I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset. I'm an avid traveler and this is by far one of the my best stay :)

The place was clean and interior was good.

The receptionist were not available when i wanted an earlier check out at 7.30am. The 3pm check in time which is non-flexible is a REAL let down!

10km from town but peaceful

Owner is kind & helpful by giving clear instructions including video. The apartment has nice deco, affordable, clean, complete facilities & utilities. The best part would be view from the balcony watching the sea & pool while sipping a cup of tea. A lot of eateries nearby for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Would come again someday.

Need to enter too many doors from parking lot to apartment. With many luggage & 2 kids totally miserable since the distance quite far 😂😂 Elevator most of time full so better use stairs since the apartment at level 3 only. Also management would limit pool usage up to one hour per session. So take note to those plan bring their kids here for swimming.

Location-wise, it is great, to and fro the beach by walking a short distance from the building. Restaurants, stalls and shops are all nearby. Studio is also beautiful, clean and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay with JomVacay, will definitely be back for more stays.
