My daughter and I stayed for 7 days. This place was perfect for us. Condo is very cute and well taken care of. The view from the balcony was beautiful . The condo has everything you would need but food and paper products.

The room is very functional and has everything you could need during your stay! The murphy bed was ideal...very easy to lift to allow more room. Randy was very informative, checked on us frequently, and more than accomodating. I have already recommended to others.

The condo was everything we could have imagined. It was decorated very cute and was very clean. The host (Randy) was very helpful from our check in....to any needs we had during our stay. The location was walking distance to local pizza and sea food restaurants. The view from the patio is of the marina and waterfront. It is well worth the price and we highly recommend the property for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Walton Beach area. We stayed a week in February.

My partner and I stayed here for our vacation and we were highly impressed & recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place to stay. It was the perfect distance from Destin. It was clean, cozy, & Randy did an excellent job with providing the best service possible. My partner loved that there was a Keurig with several Kcup options to satisfy his coffee cravings! We really enjoyed how convenient it was to get here and definitely would visit again! It was the perfect place for us!

This property was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and well kept with lots of amenities. It may be a studio with a Murphy bed but we had more than enough room and left it down during our stay. The sofa recliner was a real plus. An awesome place to stay!

Host was very accessible and quick to answer text. He reached out to check on us and was extremely nice. Studio was updated, clean and had all the basics needs. I would definitely recommend this property and this renter to anyone I know.

This condo has it all with efficient use of space - murphy bed folds up and away during the day, two-burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, and mini dishwasher! It has TONS of storage so you can unpack everything and have it accessible. Excellent view! Great decor! We loved this condo!!

Everything was nice, clean and comfortable. I loved the area that it was in. The pool was breathtaking… Nothing but relaxation. I will be going back. The couple I rented from was amazing. Very informative and on standby for whatever. My fiancé and I came down to get married this weekend and we enjoyed ourselves.

A great resting place

Beautiful Condo
This was a super cute place to stay. The owner was very responsive. The only bad thing was the air conditioner did not work well. It was super hot during the day and the temp inside would stay at 77-78 reguardless of what we set the temp to. It got cooler at night once the sun went down but I do not think it would get below 70 at all. I made the owner aware and he was going to have someone come look at it after we checked out. We enjoyed the stay, just not that the air didn’t work properly.

Great property
Everything was as advertised. The condo was very clean and nice and up-to-date. The owners Randy and Kris were very helpful in giving us the info we needed and even suggested a Facebook group to find events and things to do in the area. We were there for our honeymoon and they left us a nice gift when we arrived. I would definitely book with them again! Highly recommend.
