Love the food and the quality time we spent in the pool

We book for a VIP section at the pool area and we were removed like dogs due to some lady that paid them extra

The water park was the only reason we went there.

I was not allowed to arrive before 14:00 and then we did arrive at 14:30 entered the gate well and we were directed to go to the main reception and when we got there they couldn't register us up until 16:30 and remember we still on queues just to get registered in order to have access to water facility. We were not addressed well about the system that was not working and no alternative was done so that we can have access. We then got stamps as temporal access and we went to the house to collect keys but since our main point to get there was to get to the water facilities and this was after 17:15 getting there again they were closing that facility as 18:00 and the following day just before we checked out we were not allowed to enter the water facility. In the unit there were spider webs on the top cupboard behind the door, peanuts under the microwave and the extra blankets inside the cupboard in the bedroom were not clean as you can smell that it was used by other persons. So I di not fully enjoy the stay since my main reason for going there was to enjoy the water facilities, when you ask the security they will tell you that the owner needs to arrange the permit or access for us, and when you ask the person who gave us the keys to the unit I believe its the cleaners they will tell you that the place always changes the systems and hence why there were delays.

Location was fine. The host was patient with us as we got delayed with arrival.

The place wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival. There was even a blanket with blood and smelly towels. The TV didn't connect to the WiFi so couldn't watch anything.

Rooms are big and family friendly

I liked the staff at the bar and the restaurant itself.

I hated how uptight the security was about every little detail, shoes on while still enjoying the lagoon before u able to walk elsewhere, even the beachwear I was confronted about it being too see through. I am a paying client and despised the treatment received more than three times being at the lagoon side.

The apartment had lot of cockroaches.. But apart from that i dont wanna lie the place was nice n clean.. I liked it
