A good week at Channel Overlook. Perfect location and good accommodations for four adults. It took a little trial by error to get the t.v. working, as we were not familiar with the system. Not a big deal. Have stayed there one other time in the past, and would do so again.

We enjoyed have the park right next door. The views were beautiful.

Feels like home! Wonderful location. Beautiful views. Kitchen nicely stocked with cooking supplies to cook right at home. Just the perfect size!

Everything was perfect!

We loved the townhouse - it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable was available. And the view was spectacular - one morning we were able to see the ponies on the beach across the water from us! Would love to come back again!

We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the park right next door with swings, etc. We want to come back! This is such an amazing side of Chincoteague, and cute houses. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

Channel Lookout is a very nice duplex to spend the week. the kitchen appliances are wonderful. The view to see the Assateague channel from every front window is incredible. the front porch and chairs are wonderful to sit out on in the morning and in the evening. There are two full bathrooms with exhaust fans. The mattresses leave a good bit to be desired. Both Twins and queen beds firm mattresses. If you have trouble sleeping I am a new place you will definitely have trouble sleeping here the first few nights. I would also suggest ceiling fans being placed in every room. Chincoteague Resort Realty is awesome. They take very good care of their clients. They left a welcome bag for the guest that included toilet paper hand soap paper towels. they also gave us two free passes to the Chincoteague Museum. Please be sure to go to the Chincoteague Museum and participate in the scavenger hunt. I highly recommend Channel Lookout to any family of four. Or less

Very clean and well kept rental. Great location,beside the park. Didn't use the park but very close by. Took 2 minutes to check-in, these people have their processes nailed down. Love the "make an offer" option for mini weeks in the summer. Will be a returning customer!!!!

I would have to say this was one of the absolute best stays we have ever had. The location was perfect, something to do for everyone including a 9 year old!! Without having to go anywhere. If possible I will definitely book here again. While everyone did their thing, I was able able to read two books this week!! Huge bonus for me!! The views were priceless, from morning til night, and even then the boats coming in and the lights house lit up was amazing.met some wonderful people who stayed beside us . We all loved this place, the fishing and crabbing was the best!!! We didn’t want to leave and we even got an extra day!

Property is great, location is great, easy access to park boat ramp for launching anything you like. Great parking, lovely little waterfront walk w piers in the park. Just need to bring sheets and towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Channel Lookout. The place was exactly as advertised and we really were happy with the location. We will definitely consider coming back.

Super location and very easy check in. However, it could have been cleaner. (Kitchen floor and bathroom tub needed to be scrubbed.)

And even though we're on the east side of the island, we saw gorgeous sunsets every night. The house itself was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. It was nice to sit out on the porch and the balcony - and having a choice of either was great, depending on the time of day and temperature.

The location at Memorial Park was perfect for our family, although if you're looking for a quiet getaway where you won't have a lot of "people noise" or traffic near you this might not be the best place for you. We enjoyed the proximity to the playground and the pier at the park, where you can fish without a license. The property was e accurately portrayed in the photos. The location was great, with a park and playground nearby. Even though we went as a couple, it would be a great spot for a family with kids. It was easy to get to the National Refuge, restaurants and shops. The home was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed except that no hairdryers were provided. I wish I knew that ahead of time. As any woman will tell you, it’s not good to start out the day with bad hair! We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon with our grandkids.
