The house was perfect for the three adults that stayed here. There was plenty of room for up to 4 boat trailers and trucks. Outside hook up for electricity for charging boat batteries.

The view was great the area was close to town. My only suggesting would be that the beds are really hard they could use new mattresses or padding.

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake Norman. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We relaxed on rafts floating in the sun. Used the kayaks too. Special thoughtful gifts left for us in the fridge and on the counter were a nice surprise. We wish we could’ve stayed longer. We did not have a boat but it was nice to sit on the dock watching the boats go by. Thank you.

We both enjoyed the property. It is lake side and has wonderful views from the back deck.. We would definitely stay there again.

My sister is in Ohio and we are in FL. So this spot was almost in the middle. We are sorry we forgot to run the dishwasher before we left. All dishes packed and soap was in it. Just forgot to ouch the button. Thank you house was great. You also left us our favorite wine. Thank you

This house has it all. Space, view, lake, dock and amenities. From the canoe and kayaks, to the firepit, the deck, the nice chairs, etc. ... this place was perfect for us! Excellent communication was just the icing on the cake.

Accommodations were clean, very well stocked with plenty of room for the 4 adults we had. Kitchen appliance were fairly new and very clean upon our arrival. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked as well. Can't beat the price. Property location was on the upper end of the lake sitting on a very nice finger of the lake. Great distance form stores, restaurants and amenities.

Location and view of lake is beautiful. Amenities of single kayak, tandem kayak, and canoe, as well as lots of outdoor chairs, fire pit, gas grill and large deck patio are great features. Overall the accommodations were comfortable, but somewhat dated. Owner was always very responsive to my questions.

Well maintained house with amazing view of the lake. Not the newest house but it had everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, cookware, etc. Bedrooms spacious and comfortable beds. Bathrooms a little bit outdated but clean and well maintained. Living rooms and dining room spacious.

Spacious rental with everything you need for that perfect get away. Property has all the amenities for relaxation, fishing, swimming and boating right out the door, directly located on Lake Norman. I will definitely book this property again. Thank you for an awesome experience.

The house is located on a calm stretch of Lake Norman, where you can enjoy the view of passing boats but don’t have to deal with a busy channel filled with partying visitors. People were friendly, we weren’t very far from the grocery store. 20 minutes further and you had stores like Target, Ulta, Michael’s, and Carters. The house was quite comfortable for 8 people (5 adults, 3 children). We had enough towels and bed linens for everyone. The cleaning supplies were also well stocked with dish washing soap, bathroom cleaner, sponges and paper towels. We thought we would need to purchase Household necessities like toilet paper, foil, napkins, etc. but they were already there. David was very responsive, prompt and courteous. All of my requests were filled in a timely manner. He made sure that we had a wonderful visit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone interested in staying on Lake Norman. We will absolutely return.

Only recommendation would to put a small ladder on floating dock for kids to climb up. Plenty of place for people to sleep. Loved the kayaks and canoe. Would recommend to friends and family.

Needed a place to stay while in town to survey a stream that needed help after a few big storms obliterated it. Did not want to stay in a hotel due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I was very fortunate to find this wonderful spot at the lake to settle in after a few long days of work. Would love to come back for pleasure and not as much business! Thanks David! Cheers
