宿泊施設の職員の方がよくやってくださいました

冷蔵庫がなかったので少し残念でした

พนักงานสุภาพ ให้การดูแล แนะนำร้านอาหารและจองให้เป็นอย่างดี ทำเลดี ตั้งอยู่หน้าสกีลิฟท์เลย ทำให้เล่นสกีได้อย่างสะดวก ค่าเช่าอุปกรณ์สกีย่อมเยาว์ คุ้มค่าค่ะ

ที่พักนี้ให้พวกเราปูที่นอนแบบ futon กันเองและทุก 3 วันจะเอาผ้ามาวางคลุมและปูที่นอนมาวางให้เปลี่ยนเอง

1 夕、朝飯とも、良かったです。 2 スキー場が目の前、最高。とても良かった! 3 従業員の対応は、感じがとても良かったです。 　忙しいのにかかわらず男女とも、良かった。 4 スキー帰りに入浴サービスが、とても良かった。 5 夕食に、日帰り家族が同席できて良かった。 6 体調不良者が出たが、代替者ヘの対応が良かった。

1 隣部屋の音が、聞こえて気になった。 2 施設が古いと、イメージがわるくなりますので、リニューアルを希望します。

隣の部屋で大声で笑ったりしゃべっている声がよく聞こえた

The food was very average. If you didn't arrive to breakfast in the first 20 minutes you were lucky to get much. They didn't refill various foods if they ran out. We also had a very average dinner one night, with the food also running out very quickly and this was charged to our card, not realising how expensive it was going to be!

The room was very old, tired, dated and the pillows were like hard sacks of rice - very uncomfortable. It was snowing very heavily the day of our departure the street was deep with snow from overnight, we requested a lift in the minivan or if they could transport our luggage up to the bus stop at the top of the hill for us and they said no they couldn't help. Even though if you drove your own car and had to park at the offsite parking lot, they would drive the minivan with you following them and then transport you back to the hotel with your luggage from the carpark!
