The space was clean and comfy with spectacular views of the Candlewood Lake.

Absolutely stunning views of the lake, especially at sunrise. Toys and games for all ages.l, and a playground and sand area nearby. We loved it and would come again. Great host- easy to communicate with and super responsive.

We are six women who have been friends for over 20 years and we enjoy once a year a long wkend. This home was so beautiful on the lake. We had gorg5weather so we could sit on the deck by the water and watch the boats and the sunrise. We plan to visit this beautiful home again!

Finding a nice and reasonably priced waterfront house with a dock for boat, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths is relatively difficult. Bill and Nikki's house fit the "bill". The hosts were extremely nice, accommodating, and responsive to any questions. Would recommend. Note that weekends are always busy at the lake while weekdays more relaxing. My family and day guests had a great time.

Heaven on the lake. The house is a great balance of privacy and activity. Set just off of one if the 3 community beaches in Candlewood knolls and right by the public docks, there us plenty if people watching but calm and quiet when you need it. Sunnies and carp bite right off your private dock and smores are a nightly ritual. The house is comfy and well-appointed. Bill and Nikki are awesome. We’ll be back.

The house was great and even better then what I was expecting. The family room was a great hang out place, and the deck/outdoor space is perfectly overlooking the lake. Bill was a great host and made sure we had everything that we needed.

This was the perfect place to relax for spring break with the kids. The kids had fun playing in the sand and my older daughter enjoyed relaxing on the back porch. Wonderful spot for entertaining and enjoying the water. The host was super attentive and easily available if we had any questions. Wonderful experience, thank you!

We had a great long weekend at Bill and Niki’s beautiful home. The location is amazing and the house is ideal—comfortable, well-equipped, incredibly tidy but not at all fussy. The fireplace (with plenty of wood), lake views, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen were great. Our small kids loved the bunk beds and the toys. The community has a small playground and plenty of walking by the lake and we had a nice hike at a local nature preserve. Bill was super welcoming and easy to communicate with and he and Niki went out of their way to accommodate us. We look forward to visiting again!

Our scattered family gathered for Christmas at the cottage on the lake. The sunrises out the large back windows were magical - truly amazing. The space was well equipped, with grille, fire places with the making of s'mores provided. There are nice common spaces on the both the first and second floor. The first floor was a little chilly in the morning but the electric heater provided by the owner and a fire in the fire place helped. Very peaceful, quiet stay.

Seven life long friends rented the Dialed Inn for an informal reunion in the area. The house was great. The views were fantastic. We spent hours on the deck and had the fire pit going. Bill was always accessible and friendly. We had a great experience.

Loved our second visit this summer to Dialed Inn. Again, Bill responded promptly to our queries with helpful tips. We had gorgeous weather this time and spent many hours on the lake in our boat that we docked at the house for the week. Great swimming too. We expect this to be our go-to place at Candlewood for years to come!

This was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. Bill and Nikki went above and beyond to make the stay extra special. We brought our boat and left it at the dock on the property which was super convenient. The outdoor area was absolutely perfect and all of the kids enjoyed the yard and beach. We would stay at this property again and again.

Charming, refurbished, family-sized waterfront house with beautiful modern bedrooms and bathrooms . First floor has a cozy cabin feel. So many comfortable places to relax, enjoy the gorgeous scenery and all the lake has to offer! Candlewood Knolls is a lovely community with beautiful quiet roads for walking (and a few steep ones is you like to climb). We had 2 days of very hot weather and the central A/C was a lifesaver. Our college age son had his buddies join us for a few days in the room with bunk beds. Bill is a wonderful host and stocks the house with lots of useful items. Great well-stocked kitchen too. This was our first visit to Dialed Inn and we look forward to many more!!

This property was just perfect for a girls getaway weekend. The house is clean, welcoming and cozy! They are full stocked with everything you need to just unpack and relax with the prettiest lake views from every window. I highly recommend this property!

Bill and his wife were amazing hosts! The house was a perfect location and the attention to detail was incredible! So many extras from the S’mores kits to the keg on tap! Cant say enough good things about this place. A must see!

Our daughter is attending graduate school in Connecticut but due to her work load and required covid testing didn't want to make the trip home to Florida during Spring Break. Your home was the perfect retreat. Your newly refurbished deck by the lake was a wonderful place to sit and study while enjoying the sun and the beautiful views. We definitely appreciated the fire place during the cool evenings. Thanks for providing plenty of fire wood and starter logs. The Smores supply set up on the kitchen table, along with the bottle of wine was a very welcoming touch. The home was clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The extra large griddle was great. The owners quickly responded to any questions we had and made us feel right at home. Thanks for a wonderful mini vacation

This property is very clean and has great character, it is stunning. It has lovely views of the lake and just about anything you might need for your stay; plus some family branded items that were so cute. There are tons of restaurants/shopping in the area if needed. Bill is a very helpful and kind host who allowed us to check out late the next day because the weather was so much nicer than the rest of the weekend. Lovely house, lovely people, 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Comfortable spacious home with a gorgeous view! Plenty of seating and two living room areas allowed for a reading/quiet area and a place to watch TV.

We stayed from Nov 1-7 with my parents, husband and two young children (3 yo & 7 mo). The house is at the end of a street in a private community. The house is cozy and beautifully updated from top to bottom. It is right next to the lake and a small beach area. The views are spectacular from the big picture windows. Oh, the beds are extremely comfortable. Our toddler enjoyed the community playground and the toys and puzzles in the house. We hiked at Bear Mountain (Danbury) and Squantz Park about 10 minutes away. The fall foliage is gorgeous this time of year. It was super easy to check in and out. Bill responded quickly to all our questions. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

My family and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The renters were very friendly and helpful. We will def be back again.

We visited the first week of September (myself and my soon to be 9 year old) and we had an absolutely lovely stay. The house exceeded my expectations. It had everything we needed, the kitchen is well equipped, the grill is new, love that there was a spare tank on hand in case you needed it (I didn’t). The location is truly perfect for kids. It’s both on the water and on a cul de sac so just a few steps down the driveway across that and you are at the beach. I could be tending to the grill on the deck, or sitting reading in the shade under the awning at the outdoor table, and clearly see my son across the street playing at the beach with the friends he made. All of the neighbors were so friendly, lots of kids playing and riding bikes around the neighborhood. The street is super quiet and most people arrive at the beach via golf cart. The water at the beach was warmer than I expected, we had fun swimming a ton and jumping off the pontoon. We lit a fire in the fire pit by the water and made smores. Gorgeous sunsets, very peaceful, we felt very safe. We didn’t end up turning on the AC and just left the windows and doors open and it was perfect temperature. There are closer shops but I really wanted Whole Foods and that was a quick 25 min drive away. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan on returning for sure for a longer stay. The communication with the owner was excellent, he was super responsive, helpful, friendly, and generous, perhaps the best host I’ve had ever when renting a house. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to unwind from the stresses of life. Lake life at Dialed Inn was just what we needed. Fabulous house and the best of times were had by all.
