Single beds were 2 wooden frames with oversized mattresses they hung over the frame and kept slipping, overall not what i expected

Great place, ideal for weekend away

Had a lovely holiday the only down side was a bucket outside the caravan with dirty water and cigarette ends in that smelt horrible

Caravan a bit tired but overall clean and tidy, comfy beds and services efficient when light not working in bathroom. Would stay again.

For two adults ideal plenty of space its more up to date than the photos new grey seating inside maybe update the photos on the web page. Clean and comfy nice comfy bed no complaints other than i think bit cheeky to charge twenty pounds to go 2 hours earlier... 4pm bit late 4 check in. Dog enjoyed it to.

Lovely site SO clean well kept lawns and garden areas. Spacious area for each caravan so private. Ideal for all ages, as 10-15 minute steady walk to the beach and fun fair. Approx 20 minutes to the centre of the town. Many cafes all on route and many more cafes ,restaurants and bars. Good shops, lots of individual private, Tesco next to Manor Park site.. we’ve had a great break

Not very clean, mattress uncomfortable, access to the beach not good.

Initially not easy to find,out plot, although arriving on busy bank holiday didn’t help! We are not picky but outside table not clean,covered in sand, cutlery and glasses not clean,dog bed and kong under double bed! Overall lovely ,comfortable,and the en-suite was a great surprise.Would come again to Balmoral.

A cosy, clean property . Easy to find and on a clean ,quiet row of static caravans. We've loved our stay and the weather was perfect to top it all.

Park was ok had a hiccup in restaurant orderd our meal and it came up in takeaway boxes but other than that all was ok

Check in process was very easy. Didn't have any gas when first arrived but site sorted this within the hour. Caravan was well equipped and really clean! Pilot light didn't work on boiler luckily hubby manages to light it but if I was on my own I wouldn't have known how to light it with a lighter. Site was very clean and very friendly. Overall an amazing stay and we loved every minute. Would love to come back again soon!

Not one of the new modern caravans but adequate for what we wanted nice and clean good location 10min walk to beach front.

Had a very enjoyable stay in this caravan at Manor Park Resorts Hunstanton. Very comfortable bed and mattress, very good heating system in place, with a spacious shower. TV and Dvd and radio was excellent. Fully equipped and lots of space for the 2 of us with our dog. I would stay here again and it wasn't far to the beach. I Love Hunstanton very friendly dog friendly place, great for long walks and walking the dog on old Hunstanton beach. Easy to book and we were kept informed by the company we used to book this holiday with.

Thought i was going to have to cancel but managed to get out of hospital in time to be able to take the break. Although I was unable to leave the caravan i enjoyed my stay in the well equipped comfortable caravan.

We stayed in the week it was Cosy clean and very quiet. Would stay again.

We never stayed in place like this before, pleasantly surprised how good the communication was and the reminder messages were very reassuring. Plenty of space and clean, very quiet and affordable. Thank you.

Lovely quirky caravan , had lots of character, quite spacious which is a bonus . Bed comfortable and heating is good . Plenty to do come rain or shine , will definitely book again
